Fan concept of a league champion, Spirit Blossom Jupiter

This is very elegant dragon using her fire and smoke to slay her enemies!

This was a lot of fun to work on with Kardie and I love how things tuned out.

Jupiter is a AP castor champion meant to counter melee champions using high risk high reward gameplay.

Passive - Not sure yet

Skill Shot - send a wave of fire at her opponent

A blocking/knock back - create a wall of volcanic glass/lava rock that erupts from the ground and pushes back opponents

Directional Dash - Flaps her wings to move rapidly in a direction

Smoke Ring - blows a billowing ring of smoke into the ground while repositioning, everyone in the smoke is blinded and anyone outside the smoke can't see into it?
