The horns almost look like a crown.
I don't know if this is just me, but I sometimes think dragons can look a lot like cows depending if you remove or add certain details.
I get.. almost like "ability unlocked" feel from this, because of the wings symbol appearing in the air, plus the call to action type pose.
Did you come up with the descriptions for each character? Or did they come with them?
I like how you structured the hair, braids are quite tricky to do, but once you know how they get progressively easier, you did a good job and I like how the blue contrasts nicely with the hair.
