i think physics ways the choclets would stay but im not sure

Think empty drink cans in a pickup bed, they get whipped around by the wind. (Also remember that they're falling - so gravity ain't helping as much as they'd like.)

yes but the choclets are travling at the same velocity as they are then again wind could have goten under them and slowed them down enough to fly out

Another thing to remember is terminal velocity, the point you stop falling faster due to wind resistance. The candy being lighter for their surface area.

And that pose would be fun, trying to hold a box like that in gale force winds (of them falling.)

(and if a skydiver actually held a light box or a panel like that, the airflow and they're CG would have them going down feet-first! )

Nah at best they would slide in a backwards direction. I skydive myself and a Tandem pair under a drogue (the little parachute) don’t really move around much. I’ve flown camera ie filmed Tandem pairs in free fall and they’re kinda stuck there.
