Finally i finished this model specially for Neo-sama!! x3 I used a character of "Spyro Reignited Trilogy", the character is Ragnar.
I changed the whole form of the body and the face using the bones to restructure the model.
Next, i changed the texture, painting over to hide all the scars the character have x'd and i also add the hair texture to create the illusion of hair on his head and jaw.

When i'm able i will try to add actual hair to the model, adding a real beard too. I'll remove some of the extra horns of the body execpt for the horns of the head or the muzzle, probably reducing the size of the head ones.
I will remove parts of the armor, like the necklace.
