Hello!

It's time for a new raffle! I have added and changed some rules, but nothing that really changes how you join!
The prize is a small animated sprite like the ones shown above!
It will be your character doing a breathing/bobbing animation, and a small blinking cycle with some simple extra effects if you want
The first two characters shown are the winners of the previous raffle!

RULES:

1)Watch me
2)Comment something whacky and add a reference! I will also need your character's height! If you don't have a reference handy, or want to change character, that's fine too! Just remember rule 3!
3)If you win and don't reply to my note within 48 hours, I will pick another winner!

Depending on the amount of entries, I will pick one or more winners:
1-10 entries: 2 Winners
10-15 entries: 3 Winners
15-20 entries: 4 Winners
20+ entries: 5 Winners

Some extra rules:
You can join if you won a previous raffle, if you win I will pick an extra winner! (For example, if we get 15 entries, I will draw 3 winners, and if one of them won a previous raffle, I will draw a 4th! This is so that new watchers or people that haven't won have a better chance!)
Micro and macro characters are welcome, aswell as short ones, but keep in mind that I will have to scale them up or down in order to fit with all the others! If your character is very short, like 2ft tall, I will make two versions of it: one that's scaled up slightly, and is in line with 4ft tall characters, and a version that's 2ft tall, but will be very very derpy- just to test out what I can do!
You can ask for anything you'd like: Feathers opening like the first bird, a tail swoosh like the second dragon, and/or a shiny effect like the golden golem! However, no NSFW details! NSFW references are fine, I will just not draw the NSFW bits!
And lastly, while short characters are allowed, cub characters are not allowed

Winners will be drawn at 12:00 EST / 18:00 CET on the 15th of February! If I know you on discord I will message you there, otherwise I'll send a FA note!

If you don't win, don't worry, I will do more of these! I'm building a big roster of characters, I'm learning the program, and I might have a use for them sometime in the future!
And as a final note, the third winner for the previous raffle has not yet replied to my note. If they don't reply by today at 12:00 EST, I will still do their character whenever they reply, but I will also draw a 4th winner from the people who joined the last raffle!
