'Might makes Right' may be a sad truism, but it is still a truism. Even 'Rule of Law' ultimately comes-down to this basic tenant. If someone dosn't respect the law, then it falls upon the Might of those representing the law toenforce it. That's why it's called Law-EnFORCEment.

But, it cuts both ways. If someone has the Might to bully little old ladies for their retirement cheques they of course have the Right, but likewise if I am offended by this and have the Might I then have the Right (nay, the Duty.) to soundly Curb-Stomp said asshole.
