Click & Clack. They're a couple of goofball, lifelong mechanics from Boston who have a funny car "advice" show on NPR. They had bit parts as the Rust-Eze sponsors of Lightening McQueen in "Cars". They know their shit about cars, and have the amusing habit of laughing very-loudly at their own jokes. Their end-of-show "credits" are always funny.
I also enjoy their description of the carburetor intake: take a twenty-gallon drum of gasoline, put it on the roof of your car, then run a hose from the drum down into the engine.
