A birthday gift for my friend,  ph0220
Granted, I'm uploading it early, because if I don't do it now my next upload will be in March, and by then it will be late. (I have a system, okay) I had a Valentine's day commission to upload today, so that's why I couldn't upload on the actual birthday.

But I figured since this is Valentine's Day, and Penny Ling is one of his crushes, it would work as both a Valentine's day pic for him as well as an early birthday pic.

Penny Ling (or Littlest Pet Shop in general) is not something that I've done a lot of recently, so it was good to do a little revisiting. And this was a good chance to practice doing bellies, so that's a plus.
