Towa tried to interview some meat eating animals but so far they mostly told him how delicious he & his shroos look until the Rangers had to intervene...

By the way the shroo on Towa's shoulder is Primus II, I think I mentioned before shroos have very short lifespans. Primus I & Pi I have moved on to the great shroo beyond, but their children & children's are mighty busy populating the island.

Pretty much, so were the Bergfressers. The shroos in particular could become a problem considering their rapid breeding rate. Though there are a few predatory species native to the island as well, most of them too small to be a threat to the Hillanders but they will munch on the shroos. So it may solve itself naturally.
(Or maybe Kiwa next adventure will revolve around saving their island's delicate eco system from total annihilation. xD)
