Here is my take on a new Pot card for the game and this is used by Duelist Blaze when he needs a boost. I did try to give this card a major cost so it can be fair when drawing two cards. I will admit though that this artwork looks astounding and I think it's beautiful in it's greedy way (I'd love for this to be a real mug like Pot of Greed).
The artwork for this card was made by Ray-V-XYZ and I highly recommend checking him out over on DA. He does fantastic work for fantastic prices and I cannot praise him enough.

Actually, you're giving your opponent a net 2, while you are gaining a net 1 - you're playing this card, so that's -1 in the calculation. The fact that you're giving your opponent a potential speed trap on top of it...If I knew what I was drawing, AND it was a board wipe of some sort - thus letting me destroy the cards my opponent just set - I'd consider playing this card, but otherwise I probably would look at this as a dead card in my hand, outside of a desperation play.

Sorry, as you could guess I'm no competitive player. But I guess that's fair. I am happy you did point all that out though so I can learn from that.
But, yes, the picture came out brilliantly and I am completely over the moon with it. This card does come into effect in Blaze's story though (and does backfire funnily enough).

No, no, no, don't be silly. It does teach me more about the competitive world. So if I do plan on making cards to be competitive then this helps me know what to look for.
But, yes, most of the time I do make cards mostly for fun. A lot of them are story-based too honestly like the enhanced God Cards I created. I am glad you are enjoying them though as that is what makes me the most happy.
