Fun fact but those large front fangs are actually too big to fit in his mouth when they close xD Though the only time you'll see that happen is if the camera's inside his mouth looking out at the time. I've been long debating whether or not I should try explaining how it can work (Like Toothless's retractable teeth) or shrink them down a bit to keep them in line with the rest of his chompers <thinking.png>

Have them overlap on the outside like a sabretooth tiger's teeth.

Also, your two renders's thumbnails gave me an uncanny valley kind of vibe but then I remember that you were doing 3D art as of late and realised that these weren't real pictures.

Mm I don't want his teeth on the outside though, not on his wyvern form anyway.

Kinda what I was thinking yeah; but the thing that's been stopping me has been "But if they retract when his mouth is closed..... How does he chomp down on something without them going back in?"

Honestly I've been leaning more and more on just scaling them down in size to just make it simple xD Not that I don't like the idea of him getting really ticked off then his fore-chompers suddenly get twice as scary looking as he hisses at you....

A snake's fangs don't retract when it bites someting, it would otherwise beat the whole point of having fangs in the first place if they just automatically retract when they close their mouth. :P

It's something I'll think about then, since that was one of my #1 thoughts about keeping the fangs as they are. I guess I always just thought "But wouldn't they go right back in when he bites down real hard?" and that put me off a bit
