When I saw one of art "Yoshiyuki Sadamoto" of Nadia in the Scuba, the Idea came up how about making Steampunk Scuba Equipments, Since no one have done before.(Or someone did?)
So, I searched for references but no luck.
At the end, I decided to create one with same style already he done before.
