The hairstyle? It's based on Cham Cham from the "Samurai Shodown" series!
Ah, Cham Cham; truly the cutest character in the series! With her cat-like personality and happy-go-lucky nature. she is tough...but also ADORABLE! (I'd wanna hug her!)
Not to mention that Cham Cham IS in fact, confirmed as DLC for the 2019 "Samurai Shodown" video game; to be released LATER this year!
