He has long white eyelashes because he is half Arctic Elf, and Arctic Elves have the long, white eyelashes to protect their eyes from blowing snow. They're just more obvious on him since his skin is so dark XD
No shading yet, other then the eyes and hair. The skin might be shaded later, if I decide to.
