Keep in mind think of it as a Character for DnD or Hero Type or Games like Fallout or Skyrim

Rules/Guidelines:

1. Keep it Balanced, at less for Starting Gear Like Weapons to Armor some Explains being From Basic To HomeMade Armors as Well World War Age Firemans or Basic Weapons to Armory of Nickel, Copper, Tin, Brass to Cheap Steel and Rusted Iron weapons & armor

2. Points can be at a Min of 25 to a Max 300, You have 650 Points to Spent
HP- Health Points
SP- Stamina Points
MP- Mana/Magic Points
AP- Action Points

3. 3 Unique Skill Tree and 3 Unique Passives, Characters can have other Skills but these are there main trees or Unique Tree for the Characters

4. 4 Starting Gear/ Items that can range fom Weapons, Armor, Gear and Items

5. Add Names, Title/Class and Add/Draw a Symbol
