It is still mostly the same thing about Tommy taking Penny on a surprise trip into a 2D Mario like game world, only this time there is also a third character playing a part in this world and it's rules set.
This things contains all kinds of kinks you might want to see, macro growing, added weight gain, and even some uncertain ending on what happens to a certain someone on this story.

"Come on Penny! This is going to be fun!" a young green-and-black-furred cat guy shouted as he was dragging his somewhat reluctant (and tall and curvy) mouse girlfriend with him.
Penny Provolone wasn't always so keen on big surprises. And when her cat boyfriend, Tommy O. Mallix was taking her to what seemed like a large warehouse out in the middle of an out-of-the-way industrial park, it didn't make her feel any better.
Still, she trusted in him no matter what. She did briefly hesitate when he opened the main door and asked her to come inside.
Following in after her, Tommy closed the door and the two entered the pitch-black darkness of the warehouse. It was like entering a haunted house on Halloween. But the darkness didn't last long, as a series of bright florescent ceiling lamps all turned on, revealing a surprisingly clean interior for a place with such a rundown exterior.
What was even more stunning was the fact that all the walls, roof, and floor were covered in what looked like LCD screens, giving it all a very futuristic look.
"What is this place?" Penny asked beyond confused as suddenly a voice from behind her said, "Why, it's the future of entertainment!", which caused her and Tommy to jump in surprise!
Looking behind them, the two saw that it came from a rather short stacked bobcat, who's was dressed in a typical business suit.
"Let me introduce myself.” addressed the bobcat, “My name is Barbara-Dame Bushnell, but you can just call me Babsy."
Babsy took one look at Penny and added, "And you must be Miss Provolone, that I've heard Mr. Mallix here tell me so much about. Gotta say, he's quite a lucky guy."
"Uh, yeah. I guess, but how do you and Tommy know each other?" Penny asked a bit unsure, as Tommy started to explain that it had all been very recent.
"I found this want-ad online asking for testers on this new high-tech VR project, and knowing your great love for all things gaming I decided to make this a surprise gift for you." Tommy said.
“A new V.R. Project?!” Penny squealed like the fangirl she was. “Oh my gosh! This is gonna be so awesome!” The big curvy mouse girl then up and gave her cat boyfriend a massive hug, making him blush over having her thick bosom and soft tummy being pressed into him so much.
"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you, soooooo much!" Penny said as she squeezed her little kitten boy even harder, before then being brought back to reality by Babsy coughing slightly.
"Well, this is nice, but right now you might be wondering just what kind of game you will both take part in?" Penny and Tommy shook their heads. "It's called Super Power-Up Bonanza! A game of skill, attrition, and sheer random madness!”
"That sounds...familiar." Penny said rather suspicious.
Babsy just waved it off explaining, "I know it follows the old 'Super' rhetoric that most players like you take for granted these days, but we have designed this game in that it's different enough for us to sell to our customers AND not get sued for any 'parodied similarities' this game features.”
“Besides...” Babsy continued, “...the bigger picture here is us putting the focus all onto the gameplay and presentation of the project." Babsy went on. "Trust me. Once you two are fully submerged into the game you wont even think about if this has any...similarities to anything else."
The business bobcat then asked for the two to go to the private chambers to get changed into "special outfits" that she had prepared for them, while going to put on her own as well.
Once returning, the three of them came onto the open wearing what looked like motion capture suits. Suits with intricate circuits, lights, and glass panels which made them look like they were going in for a cybernetic deep dive.
"So like, are these the suits we have to wear the whole time?" Penny asked perplexed.
“Actually...” Babsy replied. “Once the game starts, these suits can become anything you like. Check out the menu screen on your right wrists.”
Penny and Tommy did so. They browsed through the menu of different virtual outfits, rather discreetly as to not reveal what they've chosen.
“Oh, no way!” whispered Penny in excitement as she selected her outfit.
“What is it?” asked Tommy.
“Oh, um... I think you'll be surprised.” winked Penny.
“Okay.” nodded Tommy. “Not as much as you'll be for what I got.”
"Alright!” announced Babsy after she selected her own outfit. “Now that you two have chosen your player outfits, we can get everything booted up and running. Hang tight!" Babsy told them before leaving briefly, leaving Penny and Tommy all alone in the big empty room before...
"Contact!"
SWITCH!!!
For a brief moment Penny and Tommy got both blinded by it all suddenly turning on, before then seeing how they now were both standing in what looked like a typical 2D-Platforming game (with a bright blue sky, trees, a cobblestone road, floating brick blocks and glowing bolted boxes with question marks on them).
After taking in the marvellous virtual scenery, Penny and Tommy looked at each other to see what their virtual outfits really were.
“Cool! You're a Mario Broth-- I mean... sister?” said Tommy, seeing that Penny was dressed in a lavender t-shirt, large purple overalls, heavy leather shoes, and a purple cap with a capitol “P” on the front of it. While Penny was proud of wearing an Italian Plumber's outfit to match the familiar scenery, she still couldn't get over the fact how Tommy looked like he was part of the wrong type of game.
“A Space Marine outfit??” asked Penny, seeing that Tommy was dressed in a black and green suit of combat gear (except for the rifle and grenades).
“Hey, a guy's gotta be true to his favourite genre you know?” smirked Tommy.
“Whatever.” shrugged Penny. “Just don't try to make any cheesy one-liners whenever you blast a mook with a double barrel, okay?”
“Only *IF* I can find said double barrel, I might.” added Tommy, waving a finger. “You never know what we might find in this game.”
"Fine. Now where did Babsy go?" Penny asked as the two of them then heard her voice shouting, "Yoo-hoo! Over here, my heroes!", and upon looking over a long distance, they saw Babsy, now dressed in a familiar white and red princess gown and crown, waving to them from the tower of a castle in the far distance.
"This is the goal of the game! First one to reach my castle, dowse the big brute king in lava, and save me.... wins the game!" Babsy shouted to the two, before then warning them, "Watch out for all the dangerous enemies scattered all over your path!"
Catching the sight on a few of these enemies Penny once again had to ask about the "originality" on the display, since she spotted some turtle like creatures, and a certain enemy that was very tiny with no arms, and with a very big round head.
"And what do you call those things, if I may ask?" Penny asked Basby, who didn't look like she had been planning this part as she said out of the blue, "Oh those! They are...well, Dookies? And...Shel---bies!", before then looking pretty smug over how well she felt she had pulled that off.
"Sure..." Penny just said, as she already had figured out the main way to defeat these things would be to stop on top of them. (Which made her pretty happy that she was wearing such big heavy boots for her costume.)
"But fear not! Cause along the way you will also find all sorts of power-ups, that is going to assist making your journey a bit more fun and exciting to get through." Babsy also made sure to mention, before then wishing them both "Good luck!" as she was suddenly pulled away even further from the two.
Looking at each other Tommy said to his big girl "Well, may the best player win.", as he and Penny did a fist bump before they started running!
As they started to take off, it was pretty clear that Tommy's suit wasn't made from real metal, since he was able to run and jump around without any real issues. In fact, he moved through the levels with, well, cat-like grace and stamina!
The same couldn't be said for Penny, whose obese gamer physique (and lack of exercise) caused her own slow progress throughout the terrain. Penny panted and sweated, cursing to herself, “I need to go home and do some more sumo squats in the garage and lay off the pizza and gaming for a while. Like, a LONG while! >pant, pant!<” Seeing a nearby “Shelbie” in her path, Penny took and tried giving the classic jump stomping a go, only to end up losing her balance and falling onto her back as she sent the shell flying forward!
When looking past her own overall covered middle Penny was able to see how that Shelbie shell managed to knock over eight Dookies (scoring a 1-UP).
“Well, at least scoring extra lives is easy as ever for me!”, Penny boasted.
Looking ahead for Tommy, she saw how the "space shooter" wearing cat had found what looked like a power-up. It was a red glowing flower, but then Tommy touched it, his armor turned from green to red and a large, cumbersome flamethrower appeared in his hands!
“Oh, yeah!” shouted Tommy. “Time to roast some baddies up!”
Penny stared in awe as Tommy went to town shooting fireballs (rather than a steady stream of fire like a real flamethrower would) and knocking out every Dookie, Shelbie, and the like in this path!
Penny then jumped and hit a question mark block to get a red flower of her own. But when she touched it, nothing happened. Penny stared perplexed at her power-up and pondered how to get it to work for her. Using her gamer's intuition, she got the idea of maybe eating it somehow. She tried plucking a petal and chewed it. Sure enough, her clothes turned red and white but...
“WAAAAHHH!! HOT, HOT, HOOOT!” cried the red-faced Penny as she continuously spewed a stream of fire from her mouth, burning everything before her! Tommy looked back to notice Penny and rather than be concerned, he just laughed at the comical antic before hitting another question mark block.
This time, a blue sparkling flower came out and when Tommy touched it, his flamethrower turned into a cryogenic snow cannon! He tested his new weapon on a nearby Para-Shelbie and it turned the flying turtle into an ice-cube! Tommy wanted to shout “cool”, but it would have been too cliché.
“Here, Penny!” Tommy hit another block producing a another blue flower for Penny. “Cool off with this! You'll feel better!” Tommy then got out of the way of the flame-spewing Penny so he wouldn't get burnt.
Penny quickly grabbed the blue flower, but like before with the red one, nothing happened until she bit a pedal. Her previous red clothes turned light blue and she no longer spewed fire, but before the mouse girl could sigh in relief, she cringed putting her fist to her head and yelled, “Rrrrrrgh! Brain freeze! Brain freeze!” Sure enough, she was now blowing blasts of ice-cold snow at everything in her path, panting in pain from her said brain freeze!
Penny was aggravated how these once familiar power-ups were working for her! After some desperate thought, she took a petal from both the red and blue flowers and she was no longer spewing either ice or fire and her overalls returned to their normal purple.
“That's better.” sighed Penny, pondering out loud to herself. “I know it's based on what outfits we have on in this game, but how is it that I'm getting hosed with how these power-ups are working for me?”
Before Penny could direct the same question to Tommy, she suddenly saw her cat boyfriend soar through the air! Penny noticed that Tommy's torso looked like a pop tart now and he was leaving a rainbow light trail behind him (and singing the dreaded “Nyan Cat” song as he flew!).
“Nyah, n-n-nyah, n-n-n-n-n-NYAH! This is so awesome!” shouted Tommy!
“Dank, man! DANK!” shouted Penny, flustered and disdained over seeing the old meme play out. She then searched desperate as ever to find a new power-up. Sure enough, after breaking many brick blocks, she found a secret block that produced something that flashed and bounced away: a super star!
Knowing fully well how that is easily the best power-up to get in any “Italian Plumber” game (and the fact that so far this game had been doing nothing but trying to copy the style of said game could), Penny saw this as her golden opportunity to simply run through all of remaining enemies!
Penny rushed, moved her big body over towards the star and picked it up, only then noticing how it didn't look so much as a "Super Star" as it did a "Starfish".
Before Penny could react to seeing what the star really was, she felt another outfit change. Instead of a color swap, it felt like all of her limbs were getting forced into all standing out straight in rather awkward angles.
Once she could see clearly again, Penny found herself to now be stuffed in a rather silly looking starfish costume, with her arms and legs all forced into standing widely apart to look like four out of the five legs of an actual starfish.
"Great, just great!" Penny muttered to herself. "And how am I suppose to move around like this, when I can't even change from this stupid pose?"
And just as she had said that, Penny felt how she started to lean over towards the right side, before then ending up starting to do cart wheeling across the stage!
“Uuuuh, okay!” said Penny, nervous as ever as she spun across the ground. “I hope I don't get sick...”
The power-up was indeed making her momentarily “invincible” towards all the enemies she made contact with, knocking them out of the way like Diddy Kong would in Donkey Kong Country, but having her constantly spinning did actually starting to make Penny pretty sick.
"How. Do. You. Make. This. >hic!< STOP?!" Penny asked between all the spins her big body was taking, as the effects of the power-up finally seemed to wear off.
Unfortunately for her it just so happen to do so when she was heading towards a pitfall, leading to her not being fully able to stop herself from rolling once back in control, resulting in her tumbling over and down into the darkness!
"TOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMY!!!!!!!!" Penny screamed out as she vanished down, along with the typical "Losing a life" music from classic Mario could be heard playing.
While Penny had hoped that her failed run would at least make her re-spawn back onto the surface level again, she was disappointed to now find herself still trapped in the underground darkness.
"Uhm, Tommy? Babsy?" Penny called out for help, but without anyone of them seemingly hearing her.
At first Penny thought she had simply ended up in the underground level from a classic Mario Brothers game, except there was nothing but the pure darkness and featureless walls for her to see.
Trying to find some sort of exit from this maze Penny's ears suddenly stood up, as she heard the sound of two voices talking to each other.
Tommy and Babsy!
Going closer towards where the voices was coming from Penny's hopes of getting reunited with the two was just as swift-fully dashed, when she saw that they were coming from one of the walls as a sort of television monitor.
Penny could see and hear them, but they in return couldn't do the same with her, as Penny mumbled, “Oh, great. I feel like I'm in 'The Matrix' now. What's going on here with Tommy and this Babsy woman anyway?”
On the screen, Penny watched and listened to how Babsy was following Tommy's progress through the course over at her tower, with her asking the small cat boy on how he was liking the game so far?
"I love it!" Tommy replied with great joy. "I was at first a bit unsure if I was going to be able to fully enjoy a platformer, but I don't think I have ever had more fun then I have right now!"
"So does that mean that you would help me spread the word about this little project of mine, and have other players come join in?" Babsy asked Tommy, as he said back "Oh, 100%! The more the merrier!"
"But first you need to reach my tower, so I'll let you focus on that for now." Babsy said as she left her balcony, and closed the door to be in more "Private". (Except for the fact that she still had Penny watching her in secret.)
Once she was all alone it was like a completely different Babsy was being shown, as this one couldn't help but to crack an evil smile over what was going on.
"That little fool!" Babsy said to herself. "I really found the perfect nimrod for this scheme of mine, helping me soon having the whole gaming community trapped within my world! The fool's completely unaware that this whole level is just leading him in a never-ending loop, until I've decided that he's had enough for today." Babsy said all evilly, making Penny quite shocked that someone could even be so cruel?
"And he's still going to have it easy compared to the other ones, who will remain mindless prisoners in my game!" Babsy proclaimed. "They're bank accounts will just BLEED profits for me with all the little subscriptions and microtransactions they'll pay to be here! They'll be just like that super fat mouse lady he dragged with him here. Seriously! That fat ass of hers alone looked bigger then all of me!"
Penny couldn't help but to take that little bit of insult personally, as she listen closely as to what Babsy said next.
"But I can't seem to find her any longer after that starfish mishap. I guess she might have ended up lost between the walls of unfinished levels and glitches. Oh, well. Just proof of how fool-proof my plan will be." Babsy concluded, which Penny had to agree did look a whole lot like where she was being trapped.
Knowing all of this now, Penny knew that she needed to somehow find a way to escape from this place, and save Tommy from the evil clutches of Babsy. (But how?)
Penny wondered for a few good minutes seeing all the strangest things. To be specific, corrupted and scattered pixels, polygons, and perfect holographic copies of various video game characters (most of which were copyrighted). It was like walking through a dark modern art museum exhibit.
Penny sighed, “I wonder if these characters were even used with paid permission...?”
But before she could ponder any further about her strange surroundings, Penny spotted something twitching and blinking slightly from the corner of her eye, as Penny saw what looked like some sort of...
“Mega Mushroom!” Penny cried, running to it with open arms like she was reuniting with an old friend! “Oh, how I missed you!”
This “mega mushroom” was a pretty huge one so Penny figured that if she used it then it would most likely help her grow in size, and maybe even be her ticket out of this place she's in.
The glitchy nature of it though made her a bit hesitant, since there was no telling what making contact with it could result.
But in the lack of better options, Penny decided to take a chance on this as she walked up towards the glitchy mushroom, poked at it with one of her fingers, and...
"WOAH!!!"
As soon as she did that the mushroom disappeared, Penny felt herself begin to swell and stretch. Slowly. Her breasts and belly pushed and strained against her overall straps, her thighs thickened and pushed up the pant legs, her gloves burst open at the fingertips, and her heavy leather shoes buckled and creaked from her fenders and toes pushing to break free! Needless to say, this actually felt a little painful for Penny and she found it hard to keep her balance as she billowed and expanded. She was agonized, mortified, and... a little aroused at the same time once the effect took it's toll on her massive buttocks.
Penny's ass expanded and flooded the seat of her overalls so much, she lost her balance and fell right down onto her swollen mounds with a bound!
Penny now could feel how everything around her started to shrink (including her clothes). Penny felt her giant feet completely burst from her shoes, four plump toes emerging from the front of each before the bulk of her feet followed in their advance. Her overall straps unfastened with a >pop!< and the seams of her shirt and pants burst, tearing away to reveal her grey fur with dark blue freckles on her shoulders, chest, and hips!
Her plumber's cap, however, still remained on her head (being super tiny now, making it look more like a novelty thing).
Penny's head soon hit the ceiling of the dark, cramped dimension, but with all the monitor-studded walls getting more and more closer by the second she knew it was only a matter of time before she would manage to break free!
"Oh, yeah! I think I can feel a song coming on now..." Penny thought as she felt the cracks form around her knob, and she couldn't help but to awkwardly sing along as she finally made it through the surface!
Meanwhile up on the surface...
Despite having already run several laps around the stages (much like how the “Mario 35” game played out for most players), Tommy was just determined as ever to finally reach his goal of that castle and nothing was going to stand in his way now!
He entered the castle, leaped over the lava pits, shot at every enemy in sight with a fully upgraded plasma rifle, and tossed a huge grenade at the “Brutal King of the Shelbies” knocking him into the lava pit below!
Once Tommy climbed the stairs to reach the tower where “Princess Babsy” was, he knelt and removed his helmet like a chivalrous knight before her.
“Oh, aren't you all brave, strong, and polite!”, Babsy mused and Tommy stood up and asked, “I guess that makes me king and you my queen?”
“Are you kidding??” Babsy replied, “I'd make you my number one player of all time.”
“I... guess so...?” Tommy scratched his head. Babsy then leaned in to give her hero a kiss...
...but then Tommy backed away and remarked, “You know, Penny once told me about the fallacy of how a hero and his princess united as king and queen could end a game franchise, I mean, is that true here?”
“Now what would make you think that, my hero?” replied Babsy. “What does Penny really know about what makes a video game worth playing again and again... and again, anyway? It's games like that which keeps a game company like mine in business, you know.”
“It's not the game that draws you back to play it again.” said Tommy. “It's who you play it with. You can make all the games you want and it won't change the fact that Penny is the most awesome person I've ever played with in my life.”
“...is she?” smirked Babsy, clearly implying some disappointment in her number one player. “She's nowhere to be seen around here after that fall she took. She may as well be stuck in a viscous death cycle by now.”
But suddenly, the entire castle and the land around it was shaking like crazy!
Tommy and Babsy saw a now mega-sized Penny emerging from the ground like a titan awakening from it's thousand-year slumber. All Tommy could say was "...Mother Puss-bucket!"
Bursting up from the underground, the giant Penny could he heard singing "GOD KNOWS!!! GOD KNOWS I WANT TO BREAAAK FREEE!!!", much to the dumbfound-ness of both Tommy and especially Babsy.
"H-How, is this even possible?!" The princess bobcat asked beyond stunned, before then shivering in horror when the massive mouse girl caught sight of her!
"YOU!!!" Penny yelled out as she started to march her way straight towards the distant castle with giant, booming footsteps!
Enemies and obstacles all got CRUSHED underneath Penny's gigantic feet! Dookies clung to her toes and soles, Shelbies hid in their shells and got shuffled all over the place like billiards balls, and the Spiny-throwing guy who rode a cloud (named “Lawrence”) just sat there staring and blankly mumbled, “I think I'm in love.”
Penny got to the castle in no time at all! For Babsy, this was like the worst possible glitch that could happen to her own game system, as Penny looked bigger and more dangerous the closer she got to the castle, like Baby Bowser did in the final boss battle for Yoshi's Island!
“Okay! I get it!” Babsy shouted to the giant mouse girl. “You're big, you're angry, you hacked your way through, and you expect to see some kind of 'special ending', right?”
“Shut up!” Penny boomed. “I heard you down there in the glitch-Matrix-thingy-zone below. There's no way you're going to trap the whole world in a virtual dimension they can't escape from, just so you can reap corrupt capitalist profits!”
“WHAT?!” Tommy shouted, perplexed and then waved a finger with a smirk. “Now what was that talk about death cycles all about?”
“Hang on, Tommy.” Penny then reached for Tommy, lifted him up between her two fingers and slipped him in between her massive breasts. “You and I are going to have a good, long talk later.”, the giantess mouse said as she pat her jugs together making her cat boy-toy meow with bewilderment.
“How dare you ruin my masterpiece like this!” screamed Babsy. “Now this game isn't going to go public, my company will be finished, and YOU won't be able to enjoy it for the rest of your life! EVER!”
“I don't need to be immersed in a game to enjoy my life as is.” remarked Penny. “Life is what you make of it. And as the dreaded old saying goes, 'WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?'”
Babsy (after being in a mortified trance hearing her old “trademark phrase” be used against her) was now left in shock over the sight of Penny's HUGE freckled ass starring back at her, as the obese mouse girl started to lean backwards and come sitting down at her!
With a loud crashing sound, Penny ended up flattening the entire castle under her titanic weight, as it created a big shockwave causing the whole game world to crumble into ruins (and lag the frame rate by a few seconds).
Feeling pretty pleased as she sat amongst the ruins of the castle, Penny then spotted Babsy crawling herself out from her butt, and the big mouse felt she wasn't quite done with her punishment just yet.
Just as Babsy thought that she might be able to escape she felt the strong fingers of Penny grabbing a hold onto her princess skirt, before then being holstered up into the air!
"Let me down, you disgusting fat rat!" Babsy yelled out in protest, but Penny gasped and gritted her teeth saying a catchphrase of her own:
“FAT I'LL TAKE, BUT 'RAT' I WON'T!!”
Then Penny opened her big, big mouth...
"N-No! God No! PLEASE NO!!!" Babsy begged as she tried to desperately swing her way out of this predicament, but Penny wasn't showing this bad girl no mercy as she let go and had her tumbling down into her open mouth, to be swallowed up alive and sent straight into her stomach! (No real harm done though, since it was all still just a game, right?)
Having just devoured the real final boss, Penny started to feel a bit funny, as she let out a rather glitchy sounding "bUrP!1!", before the whole game then started to get super unstable and turn off!
At first everything was in pitch black, before then the main ceiling lamps was being turned on again.
As they did both Penny and Tommy could see that they were back at the same warehouse with all the LED screens, and how Penny was no longer the size of a giant. (But her clothes was still strangely all ripped up and shrunken looking.)
"Okay, like, what exactly just happened?" Tommy asked super confused, as Penny told him how she had been spying and heard Babsy's whole plan about trapping tons of gamers in this world she created, and how she had been using Tommy during the whole way.
"Oh, man..." Tommy said pretty regretful. "It's bad enough I was duped into a plan like that from her, but what I'm sorry for is that I got so carried away there, and forgot about you, Penny. I guess having so much fun all of the sudden rush of power and expediance..."
"It's okay. I just knew once you started to have fun you would be pretty much gone off in your own power trip, you silly kitty." Penny said as she gave him a big hug, before suggesting that they could always use this thing all for their own fun later on.
"I have to admit it was pretty great seeing you suddenly turn gigantic like that." Tommy said, blushing quite a bit as he thinks back to how Penny looked like.
"Hey! I'm still big enough for you like this also, right?" Penny said as she started to snuggle her heaping breasts and girth all up against him, causing Tommy to let out some soft "purrs" in response.
As they left the place for the day, Tommy still wondered what ever became of Babsy, as Penny simply responded "Who knows?" while patting her swollen stomach.
Even she had thought that devouring her in the game wouldn't do anything to her in real life, but she still couldn't get that "funny feeling" from deep inside to go away.
"Better leave Tommy unaware of that for now." Penny thought to herself, as all either of them really needed to know was that this had resulted in a massive "Game Over" for both Babsy and her evil plans.

It is still mostly the same thing about Tommy taking Penny on a surprise trip into a 2D Mario like game world, only this time there is also a third character playing a part in this world and it's rules set.
This things contains all kinds of kinks you might want to see, macro growing, added weight gain, and even some uncertain ending on what happens to a certain someone on this story.

50percentgrey"Come on Penny! This is going to be fun!" a young green-and-black-furred cat guy shouted as he was dragging his somewhat reluctant (and tall and curvy) mouse girlfriend with him.
Penny Provolone wasn't always so keen on big surprises. And when her cat boyfriend, Tommy O. Mallix was taking her to what seemed like a large warehouse out in the middle of an out-of-the-way industrial park, it didn't make her feel any better.
Still, she trusted in him no matter what. She did briefly hesitate when he opened the main door and asked her to come inside.
Following in after her, Tommy closed the door and the two entered the pitch-black darkness of the warehouse. It was like entering a haunted house on Halloween. But the darkness didn't last long, as a series of bright florescent ceiling lamps all turned on, revealing a surprisingly clean interior for a place with such a rundown exterior.
What was even more stunning was the fact that all the walls, roof, and floor were covered in what looked like LCD screens, giving it all a very futuristic look.
"What is this place?" Penny asked beyond confused as suddenly a voice from behind her said, "Why, it's the future of entertainment!", which caused her and Tommy to jump in surprise!
Looking behind them, the two saw that it came from a rather short stacked bobcat, who's was dressed in a typical business suit.
"Let me introduce myself.” addressed the bobcat, “My name is Barbara-Dame Bushnell, but you can just call me Babsy."
Babsy took one look at Penny and added, "And you must be Miss Provolone, that I've heard Mr. Mallix here tell me so much about. Gotta say, he's quite a lucky guy."
"Uh, yeah. I guess, but how do you and Tommy know each other?" Penny asked a bit unsure, as Tommy started to explain that it had all been very recent.
"I found this want-ad online asking for testers on this new high-tech VR project, and knowing your great love for all things gaming I decided to make this a surprise gift for you." Tommy said.
“A new V.R. Project?!” Penny squealed like the fangirl she was. “Oh my gosh! This is gonna be so awesome!” The big curvy mouse girl then up and gave her cat boyfriend a massive hug, making him blush over having her thick bosom and soft tummy being pressed into him so much.
"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you, soooooo much!" Penny said as she squeezed her little kitten boy even harder, before then being brought back to reality by Babsy coughing slightly.
"Well, this is nice, but right now you might be wondering just what kind of game you will both take part in?" Penny and Tommy shook their heads. "It's called Super Power-Up Bonanza! A game of skill, attrition, and sheer random madness!”
"That sounds...familiar." Penny said rather suspicious.
Babsy just waved it off explaining, "I know it follows the old 'Super' rhetoric that most players like you take for granted these days, but we have designed this game in that it's different enough for us to sell to our customers AND not get sued for any 'parodied similarities' this game features.”
“Besides...” Babsy continued, “...the bigger picture here is us putting the focus all onto the gameplay and presentation of the project." Babsy went on. "Trust me. Once you two are fully submerged into the game you wont even think about if this has any...similarities to anything else."
The business bobcat then asked for the two to go to the private chambers to get changed into "special outfits" that she had prepared for them, while going to put on her own as well.
Once returning, the three of them came onto the open wearing what looked like motion capture suits. Suits with intricate circuits, lights, and glass panels which made them look like they were going in for a cybernetic deep dive.
"So like, are these the suits we have to wear the whole time?" Penny asked perplexed.
“Actually...” Babsy replied. “Once the game starts, these suits can become anything you like. Check out the menu screen on your right wrists.”
Penny and Tommy did so. They browsed through the menu of different virtual outfits, rather discreetly as to not reveal what they've chosen.
“Oh, no way!” whispered Penny in excitement as she selected her outfit.
“What is it?” asked Tommy.
“Oh, um... I think you'll be surprised.” winked Penny.
“Okay.” nodded Tommy. “Not as much as you'll be for what I got.”
"Alright!” announced Babsy after she selected her own outfit. “Now that you two have chosen your player outfits, we can get everything booted up and running. Hang tight!" Babsy told them before leaving briefly, leaving Penny and Tommy all alone in the big empty room before...
"Contact!"
SWITCH!!!
For a brief moment Penny and Tommy got both blinded by it all suddenly turning on, before then seeing how they now were both standing in what looked like a typical 2D-Platforming game (with a bright blue sky, trees, a cobblestone road, floating brick blocks and glowing bolted boxes with question marks on them).
After taking in the marvellous virtual scenery, Penny and Tommy looked at each other to see what their virtual outfits really were.
“Cool! You're a Mario Broth-- I mean... sister?” said Tommy, seeing that Penny was dressed in a lavender t-shirt, large purple overalls, heavy leather shoes, and a purple cap with a capitol “P” on the front of it. While Penny was proud of wearing an Italian Plumber's outfit to match the familiar scenery, she still couldn't get over the fact how Tommy looked like he was part of the wrong type of game.
“A Space Marine outfit??” asked Penny, seeing that Tommy was dressed in a black and green suit of combat gear (except for the rifle and grenades).
“Hey, a guy's gotta be true to his favourite genre you know?” smirked Tommy.
“Whatever.” shrugged Penny. “Just don't try to make any cheesy one-liners whenever you blast a mook with a double barrel, okay?”
“Only *IF* I can find said double barrel, I might.” added Tommy, waving a finger. “You never know what we might find in this game.”
"Fine. Now where did Babsy go?" Penny asked as the two of them then heard her voice shouting, "Yoo-hoo! Over here, my heroes!", and upon looking over a long distance, they saw Babsy, now dressed in a familiar white and red princess gown and crown, waving to them from the tower of a castle in the far distance.
"This is the goal of the game! First one to reach my castle, dowse the big brute king in lava, and save me.... wins the game!" Babsy shouted to the two, before then warning them, "Watch out for all the dangerous enemies scattered all over your path!"
Catching the sight on a few of these enemies Penny once again had to ask about the "originality" on the display, since she spotted some turtle like creatures, and a certain enemy that was very tiny with no arms, and with a very big round head.
"And what do you call those things, if I may ask?" Penny asked Basby, who didn't look like she had been planning this part as she said out of the blue, "Oh those! They are...well, Dookies? And...Shel---bies!", before then looking pretty smug over how well she felt she had pulled that off.
"Sure..." Penny just said, as she already had figured out the main way to defeat these things would be to stop on top of them. (Which made her pretty happy that she was wearing such big heavy boots for her costume.)
"But fear not! Cause along the way you will also find all sorts of power-ups, that is going to assist making your journey a bit more fun and exciting to get through." Babsy also made sure to mention, before then wishing them both "Good luck!" as she was suddenly pulled away even further from the two.
Looking at each other Tommy said to his big girl "Well, may the best player win.", as he and Penny did a fist bump before they started running!
As they started to take off, it was pretty clear that Tommy's suit wasn't made from real metal, since he was able to run and jump around without any real issues. In fact, he moved through the levels with, well, cat-like grace and stamina!
The same couldn't be said for Penny, whose obese gamer physique (and lack of exercise) caused her own slow progress throughout the terrain. Penny panted and sweated, cursing to herself, “I need to go home and do some more sumo squats in the garage and lay off the pizza and gaming for a while. Like, a LONG while! >pant, pant!<” Seeing a nearby “Shelbie” in her path, Penny took and tried giving the classic jump stomping a go, only to end up losing her balance and falling onto her back as she sent the shell flying forward!
When looking past her own overall covered middle Penny was able to see how that Shelbie shell managed to knock over eight Dookies (scoring a 1-UP).
“Well, at least scoring extra lives is easy as ever for me!”, Penny boasted.
Looking ahead for Tommy, she saw how the "space shooter" wearing cat had found what looked like a power-up. It was a red glowing flower, but then Tommy touched it, his armor turned from green to red and a large, cumbersome flamethrower appeared in his hands!
“Oh, yeah!” shouted Tommy. “Time to roast some baddies up!”
Penny stared in awe as Tommy went to town shooting fireballs (rather than a steady stream of fire like a real flamethrower would) and knocking out every Dookie, Shelbie, and the like in this path!
Penny then jumped and hit a question mark block to get a red flower of her own. But when she touched it, nothing happened. Penny stared perplexed at her power-up and pondered how to get it to work for her. Using her gamer's intuition, she got the idea of maybe eating it somehow. She tried plucking a petal and chewed it. Sure enough, her clothes turned red and white but...
“WAAAAHHH!! HOT, HOT, HOOOT!” cried the red-faced Penny as she continuously spewed a stream of fire from her mouth, burning everything before her! Tommy looked back to notice Penny and rather than be concerned, he just laughed at the comical antic before hitting another question mark block.
This time, a blue sparkling flower came out and when Tommy touched it, his flamethrower turned into a cryogenic snow cannon! He tested his new weapon on a nearby Para-Shelbie and it turned the flying turtle into an ice-cube! Tommy wanted to shout “cool”, but it would have been too cliché.
“Here, Penny!” Tommy hit another block producing a another blue flower for Penny. “Cool off with this! You'll feel better!” Tommy then got out of the way of the flame-spewing Penny so he wouldn't get burnt.
Penny quickly grabbed the blue flower, but like before with the red one, nothing happened until she bit a pedal. Her previous red clothes turned light blue and she no longer spewed fire, but before the mouse girl could sigh in relief, she cringed putting her fist to her head and yelled, “Rrrrrrgh! Brain freeze! Brain freeze!” Sure enough, she was now blowing blasts of ice-cold snow at everything in her path, panting in pain from her said brain freeze!
Penny was aggravated how these once familiar power-ups were working for her! After some desperate thought, she took a petal from both the red and blue flowers and she was no longer spewing either ice or fire and her overalls returned to their normal purple.
“That's better.” sighed Penny, pondering out loud to herself. “I know it's based on what outfits we have on in this game, but how is it that I'm getting hosed with how these power-ups are working for me?”
Before Penny could direct the same question to Tommy, she suddenly saw her cat boyfriend soar through the air! Penny noticed that Tommy's torso looked like a pop tart now and he was leaving a rainbow light trail behind him (and singing the dreaded “Nyan Cat” song as he flew!).
“Nyah, n-n-nyah, n-n-n-n-n-NYAH! This is so awesome!” shouted Tommy!
“Dank, man! DANK!” shouted Penny, flustered and disdained over seeing the old meme play out. She then searched desperate as ever to find a new power-up. Sure enough, after breaking many brick blocks, she found a secret block that produced something that flashed and bounced away: a super star!
Knowing fully well how that is easily the best power-up to get in any “Italian Plumber” game (and the fact that so far this game had been doing nothing but trying to copy the style of said game could), Penny saw this as her golden opportunity to simply run through all of remaining enemies!
Penny rushed, moved her big body over towards the star and picked it up, only then noticing how it didn't look so much as a "Super Star" as it did a "Starfish".
Before Penny could react to seeing what the star really was, she felt another outfit change. Instead of a color swap, it felt like all of her limbs were getting forced into all standing out straight in rather awkward angles.
Once she could see clearly again, Penny found herself to now be stuffed in a rather silly looking starfish costume, with her arms and legs all forced into standing widely apart to look like four out of the five legs of an actual starfish.
"Great, just great!" Penny muttered to herself. "And how am I suppose to move around like this, when I can't even change from this stupid pose?"
And just as she had said that, Penny felt how she started to lean over towards the right side, before then ending up starting to do cart wheeling across the stage!
“Uuuuh, okay!” said Penny, nervous as ever as she spun across the ground. “I hope I don't get sick...”
The power-up was indeed making her momentarily “invincible” towards all the enemies she made contact with, knocking them out of the way like Diddy Kong would in Donkey Kong Country, but having her constantly spinning did actually starting to make Penny pretty sick.
"How. Do. You. Make. This. >hic!< STOP?!" Penny asked between all the spins her big body was taking, as the effects of the power-up finally seemed to wear off.
Unfortunately for her it just so happen to do so when she was heading towards a pitfall, leading to her not being fully able to stop herself from rolling once back in control, resulting in her tumbling over and down into the darkness!
"TOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMY!!!!!!!!" Penny screamed out as she vanished down, along with the typical "Losing a life" music from classic Mario could be heard playing.
While Penny had hoped that her failed run would at least make her re-spawn back onto the surface level again, she was disappointed to now find herself still trapped in the underground darkness.
"Uhm, Tommy? Babsy?" Penny called out for help, but without anyone of them seemingly hearing her.
At first Penny thought she had simply ended up in the underground level from a classic Mario Brothers game, except there was nothing but the pure darkness and featureless walls for her to see.
Trying to find some sort of exit from this maze Penny's ears suddenly stood up, as she heard the sound of two voices talking to each other.
Tommy and Babsy!
Going closer towards where the voices was coming from Penny's hopes of getting reunited with the two was just as swift-fully dashed, when she saw that they were coming from one of the walls as a sort of television monitor.
Penny could see and hear them, but they in return couldn't do the same with her, as Penny mumbled, “Oh, great. I feel like I'm in 'The Matrix' now. What's going on here with Tommy and this Babsy woman anyway?”
On the screen, Penny watched and listened to how Babsy was following Tommy's progress through the course over at her tower, with her asking the small cat boy on how he was liking the game so far?
"I love it!" Tommy replied with great joy. "I was at first a bit unsure if I was going to be able to fully enjoy a platformer, but I don't think I have ever had more fun then I have right now!"
"So does that mean that you would help me spread the word about this little project of mine, and have other players come join in?" Babsy asked Tommy, as he said back "Oh, 100%! The more the merrier!"
"But first you need to reach my tower, so I'll let you focus on that for now." Babsy said as she left her balcony, and closed the door to be in more "Private". (Except for the fact that she still had Penny watching her in secret.)
Once she was all alone it was like a completely different Babsy was being shown, as this one couldn't help but to crack an evil smile over what was going on.
"That little fool!" Babsy said to herself. "I really found the perfect nimrod for this scheme of mine, helping me soon having the whole gaming community trapped within my world! The fool's completely unaware that this whole level is just leading him in a never-ending loop, until I've decided that he's had enough for today." Babsy said all evilly, making Penny quite shocked that someone could even be so cruel?
"And he's still going to have it easy compared to the other ones, who will remain mindless prisoners in my game!" Babsy proclaimed. "They're bank accounts will just BLEED profits for me with all the little subscriptions and microtransactions they'll pay to be here! They'll be just like that super fat mouse lady he dragged with him here. Seriously! That fat ass of hers alone looked bigger then all of me!"
Penny couldn't help but to take that little bit of insult personally, as she listen closely as to what Babsy said next.
"But I can't seem to find her any longer after that starfish mishap. I guess she might have ended up lost between the walls of unfinished levels and glitches. Oh, well. Just proof of how fool-proof my plan will be." Babsy concluded, which Penny had to agree did look a whole lot like where she was being trapped.
Knowing all of this now, Penny knew that she needed to somehow find a way to escape from this place, and save Tommy from the evil clutches of Babsy. (But how?)
Penny wondered for a few good minutes seeing all the strangest things. To be specific, corrupted and scattered pixels, polygons, and perfect holographic copies of various video game characters (most of which were copyrighted). It was like walking through a dark modern art museum exhibit.
Penny sighed, “I wonder if these characters were even used with paid permission...?”
But before she could ponder any further about her strange surroundings, Penny spotted something twitching and blinking slightly from the corner of her eye, as Penny saw what looked like some sort of...
“Mega Mushroom!” Penny cried, running to it with open arms like she was reuniting with an old friend! “Oh, how I missed you!”
This “mega mushroom” was a pretty huge one so Penny figured that if she used it then it would most likely help her grow in size, and maybe even be her ticket out of this place she's in.
The glitchy nature of it though made her a bit hesitant, since there was no telling what making contact with it could result.
But in the lack of better options, Penny decided to take a chance on this as she walked up towards the glitchy mushroom, poked at it with one of her fingers, and...
"WOAH!!!"
As soon as she did that the mushroom disappeared, Penny felt herself begin to swell and stretch. Slowly. Her breasts and belly pushed and strained against her overall straps, her thighs thickened and pushed up the pant legs, her gloves burst open at the fingertips, and her heavy leather shoes buckled and creaked from her fenders and toes pushing to break free! Needless to say, this actually felt a little painful for Penny and she found it hard to keep her balance as she billowed and expanded. She was agonized, mortified, and... a little aroused at the same time once the effect took it's toll on her massive buttocks.
Penny's ass expanded and flooded the seat of her overalls so much, she lost her balance and fell right down onto her swollen mounds with a bound!
Penny now could feel how everything around her started to shrink (including her clothes). Penny felt her giant feet completely burst from her shoes, four plump toes emerging from the front of each before the bulk of her feet followed in their advance. Her overall straps unfastened with a >pop!< and the seams of her shirt and pants burst, tearing away to reveal her grey fur with dark blue freckles on her shoulders, chest, and hips!
Her plumber's cap, however, still remained on her head (being super tiny now, making it look more like a novelty thing).
Penny's head soon hit the ceiling of the dark, cramped dimension, but with all the monitor-studded walls getting more and more closer by the second she knew it was only a matter of time before she would manage to break free!
"Oh, yeah! I think I can feel a song coming on now..." Penny thought as she felt the cracks form around her knob, and she couldn't help but to awkwardly sing along as she finally made it through the surface!
Meanwhile up on the surface...
Despite having already run several laps around the stages (much like how the “Mario 35” game played out for most players), Tommy was just determined as ever to finally reach his goal of that castle and nothing was going to stand in his way now!
He entered the castle, leaped over the lava pits, shot at every enemy in sight with a fully upgraded plasma rifle, and tossed a huge grenade at the “Brutal King of the Shelbies” knocking him into the lava pit below!
Once Tommy climbed the stairs to reach the tower where “Princess Babsy” was, he knelt and removed his helmet like a chivalrous knight before her.
“Oh, aren't you all brave, strong, and polite!”, Babsy mused and Tommy stood up and asked, “I guess that makes me king and you my queen?”
“Are you kidding??” Babsy replied, “I'd make you my number one player of all time.”
“I... guess so...?” Tommy scratched his head. Babsy then leaned in to give her hero a kiss...
...but then Tommy backed away and remarked, “You know, Penny once told me about the fallacy of how a hero and his princess united as king and queen could end a game franchise, I mean, is that true here?”
“Now what would make you think that, my hero?” replied Babsy. “What does Penny really know about what makes a video game worth playing again and again... and again, anyway? It's games like that which keeps a game company like mine in business, you know.”
“It's not the game that draws you back to play it again.” said Tommy. “It's who you play it with. You can make all the games you want and it won't change the fact that Penny is the most awesome person I've ever played with in my life.”
“...is she?” smirked Babsy, clearly implying some disappointment in her number one player. “She's nowhere to be seen around here after that fall she took. She may as well be stuck in a viscous death cycle by now.”
But suddenly, the entire castle and the land around it was shaking like crazy!
Tommy and Babsy saw a now mega-sized Penny emerging from the ground like a titan awakening from it's thousand-year slumber. All Tommy could say was "...Mother Puss-bucket!"
Bursting up from the underground, the giant Penny could he heard singing "GOD KNOWS!!! GOD KNOWS I WANT TO BREAAAK FREEE!!!", much to the dumbfound-ness of both Tommy and especially Babsy.
"H-How, is this even possible?!" The princess bobcat asked beyond stunned, before then shivering in horror when the massive mouse girl caught sight of her!
"YOU!!!" Penny yelled out as she started to march her way straight towards the distant castle with giant, booming footsteps!
Enemies and obstacles all got CRUSHED underneath Penny's gigantic feet! Dookies clung to her toes and soles, Shelbies hid in their shells and got shuffled all over the place like billiards balls, and the Spiny-throwing guy who rode a cloud (named “Lawrence”) just sat there staring and blankly mumbled, “I think I'm in love.”
Penny got to the castle in no time at all! For Babsy, this was like the worst possible glitch that could happen to her own game system, as Penny looked bigger and more dangerous the closer she got to the castle, like Baby Bowser did in the final boss battle for Yoshi's Island!
“Okay! I get it!” Babsy shouted to the giant mouse girl. “You're big, you're angry, you hacked your way through, and you expect to see some kind of 'special ending', right?”
“Shut up!” Penny boomed. “I heard you down there in the glitch-Matrix-thingy-zone below. There's no way you're going to trap the whole world in a virtual dimension they can't escape from, just so you can reap corrupt capitalist profits!”
“WHAT?!” Tommy shouted, perplexed and then waved a finger with a smirk. “Now what was that talk about death cycles all about?”
“Hang on, Tommy.” Penny then reached for Tommy, lifted him up between her two fingers and slipped him in between her massive breasts. “You and I are going to have a good, long talk later.”, the giantess mouse said as she pat her jugs together making her cat boy-toy meow with bewilderment.
“How dare you ruin my masterpiece like this!” screamed Babsy. “Now this game isn't going to go public, my company will be finished, and YOU won't be able to enjoy it for the rest of your life! EVER!”
“I don't need to be immersed in a game to enjoy my life as is.” remarked Penny. “Life is what you make of it. And as the dreaded old saying goes, 'WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?'”
Babsy (after being in a mortified trance hearing her old “trademark phrase” be used against her) was now left in shock over the sight of Penny's HUGE freckled ass starring back at her, as the obese mouse girl started to lean backwards and come sitting down at her!
With a loud crashing sound, Penny ended up flattening the entire castle under her titanic weight, as it created a big shockwave causing the whole game world to crumble into ruins (and lag the frame rate by a few seconds).
Feeling pretty pleased as she sat amongst the ruins of the castle, Penny then spotted Babsy crawling herself out from her butt, and the big mouse felt she wasn't quite done with her punishment just yet.
Just as Babsy thought that she might be able to escape she felt the strong fingers of Penny grabbing a hold onto her princess skirt, before then being holstered up into the air!
"Let me down, you disgusting fat rat!" Babsy yelled out in protest, but Penny gasped and gritted her teeth saying a catchphrase of her own:
“FAT I'LL TAKE, BUT 'RAT' I WON'T!!”
Then Penny opened her big, big mouth...
"N-No! God No! PLEASE NO!!!" Babsy begged as she tried to desperately swing her way out of this predicament, but Penny wasn't showing this bad girl no mercy as she let go and had her tumbling down into her open mouth, to be swallowed up alive and sent straight into her stomach! (No real harm done though, since it was all still just a game, right?)
Having just devoured the real final boss, Penny started to feel a bit funny, as she let out a rather glitchy sounding "bUrP!1!", before the whole game then started to get super unstable and turn off!
At first everything was in pitch black, before then the main ceiling lamps was being turned on again.
As they did both Penny and Tommy could see that they were back at the same warehouse with all the LED screens, and how Penny was no longer the size of a giant. (But her clothes was still strangely all ripped up and shrunken looking.)
"Okay, like, what exactly just happened?" Tommy asked super confused, as Penny told him how she had been spying and heard Babsy's whole plan about trapping tons of gamers in this world she created, and how she had been using Tommy during the whole way.
"Oh, man..." Tommy said pretty regretful. "It's bad enough I was duped into a plan like that from her, but what I'm sorry for is that I got so carried away there, and forgot about you, Penny. I guess having so much fun all of the sudden rush of power and expediance..."
"It's okay. I just knew once you started to have fun you would be pretty much gone off in your own power trip, you silly kitty." Penny said as she gave him a big hug, before suggesting that they could always use this thing all for their own fun later on.
"I have to admit it was pretty great seeing you suddenly turn gigantic like that." Tommy said, blushing quite a bit as he thinks back to how Penny looked like.
"Hey! I'm still big enough for you like this also, right?" Penny said as she started to snuggle her heaping breasts and girth all up against him, causing Tommy to let out some soft "purrs" in response.
As they left the place for the day, Tommy still wondered what ever became of Babsy, as Penny simply responded "Who knows?" while patting her swollen stomach.
Even she had thought that devouring her in the game wouldn't do anything to her in real life, but she still couldn't get that "funny feeling" from deep inside to go away.
"Better leave Tommy unaware of that for now." Penny thought to herself, as all either of them really needed to know was that this had resulted in a massive "Game Over" for both Babsy and her evil plans.
