This is part of an open species of glowing clowns that i have yet to make a proper post for, but typically GlowClowns are very small [less than a foot tall], and can float around like cotton in wind. Unfortunately it means they're likely to get swept right out the door if you aren't careful. They enjoy sugar and candy typically!
If you do not want this adopt to be part of the species, that's fine! It doesn't need to be 03c!
