Some critiques:
The fight effect is out of place given the color identity. Its centered in green, and feels somewhat stapled on.
That resurrection clause is undercosted in the extreme.
That final ability is definitely a green effect more than anything.

I'm curious what you think the resurrection ability should cost. Resurrection and recursion don't tend to be terribly expensive, especially in commander. The whole point of revival in some cases is to cheat costs.
I won't deny that green can do that last clause on its own, but I would posit that white, black, and red combined can pull it off together using things that are in their combined wheelhouse. Legendary creatures fudge the color pie all the time, especially in Commander. (And tbh, green is too powerful and I don't mind other colors stealing from it)
