Mk2 of the gears. This time out of Aluminum and made the ID slightly larger so they can be used as solid rings in an E4-in-1 pattern.

What tool are you using to make these? They are absolutely perfect.

Right now, they are being precision machined with a Wire EDM machine. I'd like to work my way into getting a punch system setup to make things easier/cheaper. Just don't have the resources right now. x.x

Ah, I thought they were punched out. Because I was gonna say that if I could buy a machine to punch them I would. =P

But you should sell bags of these on Etsy. The Steampunk community would eat them up! You'd make a killing!
