I was experiencing a few episodes of the show called "The Raccoons" on YouTube. And then I had a idea! I wanted to draw The Raccoons characters for the first time! So I wanted to draw one, so here it is. His name's Bert Raccoon! My first time I drew him! And he's in scuba gear! Inspired by the episode where he and his friends go scuba diving to save someone! I can't believe I drew Bert Raccoon! Yay!
