The only way a person could really argue, besides the nipple, is the look on her face could imply something teasing. Still, I say keep it like this. Too many people take art and instantly make it porn cause it has something like a nipple showing.
Funny enough I guess there was a lot of porn back during the renaissance given all the paintings with naked women.
