"The people commonly known as Beletians are natives of the southern part of the world, their lands are most composed of immense open fields and and tropical jungles, contrary to commom belief they are not a unified nation, they are a group of diferent kingdoms united by the worship of the godess Beletiah also known as Great Mother, due directly intervention of the goddess their lands are unbelievably fertile and their crops are always in surplus, the food produced in the beletian lands are more than enough to feed the entire world if needed, this put them in a perfect position to negociate with other nations who lack food but have industrialized goods to trade (like the Crusader kingdoms or the Forge),beletians are also known for being great crafters of luxury goods like jewelry, furniture,clothing and rugs, their products are found all over the world usually in the hands of the rich.

Although having abundant resources beletians lack drastically in the technological side, they have no major industrial centers or significant teaching institutions, in fact around 2 thirds of the beletian population are allegedly analphabets, the lack of industry creates a major problem for defense since they have no way to produce warmachines of real potency, reliabling entirely on imports for defense and pacts with neighbor kingdoms.

Beletians have a very strong familiar bonds,usualy they live in enourmous houses with several families togheter and everytime someone on the group marries they expand the house a litte to acomodate that new branch of the family, marriages are extremely important and sacred in their culture also the arrival of a new children is always a reason for a feast,in Beletian society men and women have equal say, but also very strict gender roles, anyone who tries to deviates from it will be punished,although they may not seem at first they are extremely conservative and sometimes can be even more cruel than the crusaders, like by example, adultery is punished with public whipping and homosexually is punishable by death in their lands, arguably the highest transgression in their eyes is the act of abortion, they see it as a insult to the great mother, and anyone caught doing it will suffer a dire fate, so even women who were raped are obliged to raise that undesired child.

Beletians can be recognized easily by their distinctive look, usually clad in colorful and short clothing, but also by their physique beletians males are strong,large and robust while females have a distinctive curvy body with ample breasts, wide hips and a soft pudgy belly, their population is mostly composed by bovines but also caprines and swines have a signficant presence."
