The backstory here leads to some way to drive this this comic.
I have to say, most comics go far with their story, but never get finished due to the lack of story or ways to continue.
Seeing lore about them being friend and her taking time to think back on this, makes this comic stronger.
I know it's stupid for me to talk about that topic, but it's happened to many comics. Much story, diving deeper till you can't get out of it.
(Also, I'm loving Elizabeth without glasses!!!)

Yep. this is pretty much how I figured it went down. They were once best friends from an early age until Emily got popular and threw over Elizabeth for her new cheerleader friends.
What was surprising was what Emily said about growing out of diapers just in time to try for the cheer team. If she's 18 and has been on the team for a few (three) years, then that would mean she wore them until the age of fifteen!
