I not wanted to put them all in one box. There are sure people who HAVE a bad life and have sure reason to be. I experienced both scenarios. Watchers actually care if a person speak about emotions.
And Watchers just being like "Oh, emo outbreak. Take a break, drink beer and keep going."
Its hard to get emotional posts done without attract the "wrong" people which is pretty sad you can't speak your mind without getting hated for it.

That. Last. Thing.
I tend to mix it up, since i tended to hang around ONLY with close people recently. And even before, i was lent to call folks my surrounding which are okay with talking about relatively honest stuff and the politeness to not dish out the lesser unwells and the unwells no one can do stuff about wasn't that much needed...
Wait a sec, i never actually bothered to differentiate between these two that much!

LIES!!!
The best way to get out of your depression is literally to "Get Out",
either with friends or by your lonesome go forth into the world; walk amongst nature, go to a museum, to the movies, to a nice restaurant (not fast-food), do things that make you laugh/happy!
As someone who fights depression often, I must insist; aside from proper medication and Psych counseling, the best medicine for depression is to not be stagnant, be active~
Alternatively, episodes of My Little Pony FiM are small doses of happiness.

I have to speak as one who is currently trying to get out of his own depression:
It is true that one way to address the depression is to get busy, get something done, get something accomplished in order to feel a sense of gratitude and completion.
However, it is not the only way, and the general attitude on the Internet is to not show when you are down, when you are depressed, when you are hurting; you sometimes have to show a happy face when you are actually hurting inside.
However, in knowing that people are actively looking at you, you can learn to slowly be more vulnerable, more open, more honest, to those who honestly care about how you feel.... But at first, it's all smile and hearts.

Arguably, I was aiming more for "go reclaim your happiness, embrace the beauty of the simpler things, be one with nature", not so much keep busy as go out and have fun.
Still, you hit the message of the art on the head, which is more than I could say with my half-awake self. Kudos~

It does seem like we get to a point where we almost reflexively tell people everything is fine, even if just to not have people worry about us... the trick is knowing when that reflex needs to be suppressed, and take the outstretched arm of someone who cares and is there to help you.
