Edit: Ah, looks like FA can't display spritesheet at full size here. Here's a DL link for if you want to see the entire spritesheet at its original size: http://www.mediafire.com/file/htr7d.....sheet.png/file
Hey, I just finished and uploaded a MUGEN vore edit for Scyther! Go check it out here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/40711058/
Gonna put this one in the 'ol scraps.
The vorish Scyther that I just created has a lot of new coding work in it, that allows the main body and belly act independently from each other during a vore hold (the player controls the main body, and the opponent controls the belly). As a result, I had to design sprites for the body, belly, and front arm/leg (these need to appear on top of the body and belly), all separately from each other. They would then be sandwiched together using the coding found within MUGEN, and could be manipulated in different ways.
Anyway, I wanted to show off the spritework that I put together for this overall effect to come together. (The top left sprites are the originals that I used as a baseline for all of the edits). You can see how the main body, belly, and front arm/leg were all designed separately (though came together for scripted situations). And just like I've said for the MUGEN vore entries in the past, hoo boy, spritework in general - even simple edits like these - are quite the herculean task, to be sure!

the work is impressive¡¡I have to say that I do not understand much of this, but I see that it has been a very great effort, I really like the work, the fact that you can move and continue fighting when it devours someone makes its very fun,I like the double animation if you You move twice as the second player in the belly, also, the double vore version is something very similar to an endo-vore, I totally appreciate it ~
oh and I want report a little bug I see, nothing important
In team mode, if the allied cpu eats the other, it will digest it instantly, but in reality, it hasn't defeated it
everything else seems to be perfect¡¡I love this work of you so much

I think the bug in this case is that Scyther was able to eat his teammate at all.
I double checked my coding just now to make sure, and there are flags in place to make sure you can't do that. Plus, I tested it in gameplay to make sure, and I wasn't able to get Scyther to eat a teammate at all (regardless of if he was on my team or an enemy team). Very odd, to be sure, but I don't think there's anything I can really do about it in that case.
Either way, glad you're enjoying it! Thanks!

Hey, just as a follow-up to this.
I'm not sure which version of MUGEN you're using, but if you're using 1.1, that may be the cause of the bugs. I mentioned this to reporterr in the other post, but from what I can tell, 1.1, despite being a version with more features than 1.0, is a beta build of MUGEN, and may not function well with moves designed for team battles. Give 1.0 a try, and see if it works there?
