Hurr... man, as soon as those shoes come off, Frankie makes certain his soles have things to do. :3 Also, poor guy may have also just realized that potions are even a thing. :P Oh well, if you have to end up as a sole-toy, the little guy lucked out in getting one of the softest ones around.
No shrinking should be permanent... however they should NEVER grow back to normal size. Maybe half sized. This way you get the joy of still being large and in charge, and the joy of shrinking them over and over and over and over again.
Also be good to Freder he is a good fennec, and he is also good at shrinking others.
