Another masterpiece from you dude!Great to see one of the most famous Pokemon and one of my favorites get some good 'ole tickle treatment! I'm gonna 100% agree with SparklingEcho's praise here;you really know how to fluidly animate a 3D model to make it look realistic!
Now on the side of nitpicking here I'm gonna aree with Bird-Lover here,it was such a shame that there was o tummy tickling here.That's my favorite tickle spot after all!Well,actually it's the belly button but you know,close enough.Still though,that didn't stop me from enjoying and downloading this glorious work of art!

Don’t be disappointed bro. He needs to work on it some more as well with the other animations. So it takes time. But he will post part 4 when it’s done. Don’t worry. Soon when part 4 releases, you will be able to see your gorgeous Dino hunk get tickled. 😋 But it will take time.

My take would be that Charizard has been enduring the tickle torture for so long that he's to the point where he's lost his voice from laughing so much, so he's reduced to silence. Though from the animation we can see he's still thrashing around and very much still ticklish. I'd say from his struggling he has a strong physical endurance but he's especially ticklish on the sole of his right foot so he's probably nearly broken by now.

Now that is a fun way to think of it ^^
Broken and worn out is what a dragon should undergo anyways when tickles are involved x3

I just love all these restraint devices, personalized to be best suited for each subject's anatomy, keeping their most sensitive spots perfectly accessible no matter how hard they are struggling~
Though I probably would've added some restraints for that long neck, or at least a pillow for more safety and comfort~ ;3

It does look like he's having a lot of trouble enduring it, but in here, nobody is going to come and save him. All he can do is lie there and endure it, no matter how long it's going to last. >:3 Hopefully he's not going to get out of here for a looong long time~ Going to be a very well-trained Charizard~ :3
