Finished my Secret Santa gift for Shindu from Mythical Creatures and Beasts Amino ^^.

On to the concepts for the art:
Like a lot of the many Secret Santa gifts I made, I used this as an opportunity to experiment ^^. If I were to be completely honest, I may have somehow developped a good painting like style of coloring ^^. It's mostly seen in the fluff on the Santa hat.
Also, I think I developped my 2nd version of a sketchy art style I have ^^. My main style is what you see, but cleaner lines of course, though I use this mostly when doing commissions. Unless the commissioner requests a more sketch like style. I honestly have a good idea of the art style I have, though it's pretty hard to keep good track of them when you've got a lot of art styles qwq.
When drawing Shindu's character, I tried to study their skull and lower jaw. Kind of hard to explain but from how I saw their character, the top skull is fused to the upper area of their head, but they've still got some original skin right underneath. So I sort of tried to show it through the eyeholes and the hidden teeth just behind the skull's own. So yeah, pretty much that's how I saw it ^^'.
Overall though, I wasn't really serious with the shading, the lighting is pretty messy, the abundance of space on the lower right bothers me, but yeet, this a Secret Santa gift.
