So this is a character that I created for a Werewolf Apocalypse campaign. Unfortunately the campaign fell through due to 3 out of the 5 players having to move. Bernard is a human who used to do research at the air and space museum (its fantasy so just let it be) and one day while he was in the archive he accidentally changed for his first time and attacked one of his constituents, not fatally, thankfully. After that he was brought to the cairn in DC he found out that he was a werewolf and that the scythe he kept was actually a weapon called a "fetish" (yes thats what theyre called). The scythe is essentially Ruby's scythe from RWBY but when it is in briefcase form it is a bag of holding.
Bernard is a nerdy nearsighted human who has never met his parents. He is also germaphobic to the point that he constantly smells of sanitizer and can also use the sanitizer to poison/burn enemies. He also has braces. All of his clothing, braces, and glasses have the rite of talisman on them allowing them to morph with him when he changes between human and werewolf.
