Another beautiful commission by the fabulous  BlueTashi Looks like Takoda wants to look Elegant just like Me.


So every Morning, I like to get dressed in a suit and tie to look elegant and proper. I did buy suits for my adopted sons and cubs, though they don’t really like to wear them daily as I do. But I was rather surprised when Takoda came up to me and said he wanted to wear a suit every day like I did. I knew that I still needed to get a portrait of Takoda, but this rather surprised me.

When I asked Takoda why he wanted to wear a suit all the time, he told me that he wanted to be just like me. What he said put a smile on my face. I then asked him if he was sure about this because he would have to be committed to wearing a suit on a daily basis. Takoda just nodded at me with a smile on his face.

So the next day, I took him to my friend Preston to get outfitted for his new and mandatory daily suit. When we went, I wore my light-beige three-piece suit and light-blue designer tie. Takoda was mainly dressed in sneakers, jeans and a t-shirt. As he got Takoda measured, Preston explained all the perks of wearing a suit daily. I could see a look of excitement of Takodas face.

I had my hands covering Takodas eyes and removed them when Preston brought out his little suit. Preston held out a lovely dark-tan three-piece suit, Brown dress shoes, white shirt and a tie that matched Takodas eyes. Takoda started jumping with excitement and I told him to relax. Preston then brought him over to the dressing mirror and I watched as he began Dressing Takoda in his suit. I saw that Preston had his back facing the mirror. I figured he would wait to turn Takoda around until he was fully dressed.

I did hear Takoda make a few chock sounds, that’s because Preston had his shirt collar fully buttoned and the tie pulled rather tight. When it was all set and done, Preston turned him around and Takoda saw himself fully dressed in his new suit. I told him that he looked handsome. Takoda then said the suit was a little tight. Preston explained the suit was tailored to fit his body exactly and to help him keep a perfect posture.

I then stood behind Takoda and put my hands on his shoulders. I told him he would get use to it after a while. He then looked up at me with a smile and thanked me for helping him with the suit. Preston then explained a few things about the suit. He told Takoda not to play with it and that the jacket, shirt and vest were to be kept fully buttoned and tie knotted at all times.

As I thanked Preston for his help, he told us he was having a little get together and invited us along. I figured it would be a perfect opportunity to show off Takodas new suit, but also a chance to teach him how to be a Proper and Elegant Gentleman.
