Bio:
Rocky Hoppingworth is the Retriever family's trusted butler. He grew up a hard worker on the streets of London, England, and his father Richard was in service to the Queen at Cluckingham Palace. During his school days, he excelled in all his subjects, including woodshop, and he even made the school's swimming team, as a diver. After he graduated from college, Rocky went to work at the Palace, where he was assigned to be the Queen's personal servant. Rocky was very loyal to the Queen, and became well-known throughout the palace as one of the most hard-working servants out there.
One day, Rocky's contract with the Palace has expired, and the Queen decided that his services were no longer required. So, he decided to move to Petropolis, California, and began looking for a new job in the city. Eventually, he came across a want ad saying that the weathiest family in the city, the Retrievers, were looking for a new butler after their old one got into a terrible accident. Without hesistation, Rocky answered the ad, and became the new butler to Allison's grandfather, Anthony Retriever, and has been at their side ever since.
When Ethan Retriever took over the family business, and decided to use his own mansion as a cover for the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, Rocky wasn't phased in the slightest. In fact, he grew more and more comfortable with the idea of a secret agency working with his master as time marched on. However, when General Guar invaded the old HQ, and the agency had to relocate, he kept it a secret from the public along with Ethan. Rocky also supported Ethan once his late wife gave birth to Donovan and Allison, both of which he loved very much.
Once Allison joined TUFF, and became a member of Team Katswell, Rocky became more important than ever before. After Kitty discovered the old TUFF HQ, and remodeled it into Team Katswell's new HQ, Rocky decided to assist the team as if they were part of the Retriever family, too. He put his extensive knowledge to good use by helping to repair their vehicles, tend to their battle wounds, and even provide some good life lessons for them when they're feeling down in the dumps. Rocky became the most helpful ally to Team Katswell, and they couldn't ask for anyone better.
Personality & Traits:
Rocky is very hard-working and serious about his duties, but he IS prone to throw a witty retort whenever somebody talks back at him. He has a pretty dry sense of humor, and is very sarcastic towards others. But, he's still passionate about his work, and aims to please his masters when need be. So, Rocky is a stern penguin, but knows when to step in when somebody talks back at him.
But, Rocky's still very caring about the Retriever family and Team Katswell in general. He sees Ethan as more than a master, but rather as a very close friend, even if he thinks he's underpaying him. And, when it came to Allison and Donovan, Rocky was like a second father to them, taking good care of them whenever Ethan gets held up at the office. With Allison, he was like the closest friend she had aside from Kitty, and while he was distraught by Donovan's betrayal of the family name, he still finds some good in him, and hopes that he'll return to being good one day.
Although the Retriever family AND Team Katswell appreciates the hard work he does for them, Rocky feels like he's not getting enough money for it, leaving him a bit pennyless. Also, during his time on his school's swim team, he attempted a World Hi-Diving Record, and failed due to a bad hip, making him afraid to go in the water again in his later years. He seems to get roped into Team Katswell's adventures mostly by sheer accident, making him prone to kidnappings from various baddies. But, Rocky still remains loyal to the team, and is willing to help them in any way he can.
