Up next in the Team Katswell Character Guide is another Sly Cooper OC that's crossing over into my TUFF universe, it's  shinragod 's care-free and optimistic Interpol partner to Carmelita Fox, Sarah Brendhart.

Powers & Abilities:
Sarah has received martial arts training from Interpol's finest, and usually has a "street smart" approach to her investigations. In contrast to Carmelita's Shock Pistol, she has an Ice Pistol that can freeze her targets for a few seconds, which usually leaves them catching a cold, allowing her to deliver a good blow to their heads. Sarah could also use her keen sense of smell to detect buried objects, and uses her natural canine instinct to dig and unearth said objects.

Bio:
Sarah Brendhart was born in London, England, and has big dreams of becoming a cop working for Interpol. She enrolled at Interpol after graduating from high school, and was put through the toughest training regime they could throw at her. Being a mostly care-free individual, Sarah had a tough time getting through Interpol's training, but she was able to see the light, and kept pushing forward no matter what. She then graduated from the academy with high honors, and was stationed to Interpol's HQ in Paris, France, assigned to be Carmelita Fox's partner on the field.
Being a rookie cop at Interpol, Sarah wasn't as experienced or respected as her partner Carmelita, but Carmelita herself saw that she has great potential to be a great cop for Interpol. But, Sarah could tell that Carmelita had trouble with trust issues after the events of Clock-La, and all Constables were under close inspection. And there was a falling out involving 'The Assassin's Guild' as a huge investigation was being looked into between their connection with Neyla and other various crime syndicates. A volunteer was needed to aide Carmelita in this investigation which would be potentially dangerous. So, Sarah volunteered herself to join Carmelita, and the two of them went to Hong Kong to investigate the Guild's activities.
During the investigation, the two of them ran into Sly, who at the time was dealing with personal issues after Murray dropped out of the gang and Bentley was crippled by Clock-La. Sarah immediately found him very handsome, much to Carmelita's shegrin, and she introduced herself sincerely to him. But, before they got well-acquainted with each other, the assassin's of the Guild were able to capture all three of them, and brought them before General Guar, whom they had affliated themselves with. They were involved in a weapons transporting deal with DOOM involved, but using her quick wits, and her new Ice Pistol, Sarah was able to defeat Guar and the assasins, and get Sly and Carmelita out of there. Since then, Sarah got promoted to Assistant Chief Officer, and Carmelita was proud to have her as her partner.
A few years later, Sarah assisted Carmelita and reluctantly, an ex-assassin named Mai Ling to Petropolis, California where she met her partner's step-cousin, Kitty Katswell. The reason they were called to Petropolis was because they heard that one of Kitty's enemies, Ripclaw, was instigating a series of strange crimes all over the city. Sarah met with Kitty at a cocktail bar in Downtown Petropolis, and she became well-acquainted with her, seeing that she was more fun than her cousin Carmelita. But, little did she suspect that they would get a surprise visit from Sly and the Cooper Gang, who were planning on stopping Ripclaw from remaking Clockwerk's "Hate Chip." Kitty believed that Sly was their best link to Ripclaw, and decided to team up with him. Sarah agreed to this given how she has a crush on Sly, and the team-up proved to be very effective. After both groups were able to thwart Ripclaw before he even had a chance to re-built the Hate Chip, Sarah celebrated the victory, but accidentally kissed Kitty's boyfriend, John Shepherd, on the lips. She then returned to Interpol with Carmelita and Mai, but had a bit of a crush on John as well even though he's dating Kitty.

Personality & Traits:
Sarah is very optimistic and care-free, which is a stark contrast to Carmelita's short temper and agressive nature. She enjoys nice guys, going to night clubs with tasty food and fun pop music, collecting Team Katswell trading cards and merchandise, and loves to play in the dirt when she was a young pup. As an adult, she never outgrew those things, making her seem like a hipster at times. But, as an Interpol officer, she doesn't hold back, and would greatly protect those who would try to threaten her or her friends.
Carmelita didn't have many friends because of her work, but Sarah came by and the two working together bonded them as friends. Carmelita, even though she yells at Sarah's inpetness and carelessness at times; won't admit that she secretly enjoys Sarah's antics. Sarah's good but she can be incompotent at times. She also works with Mai at times, but she doesn't like her because she's a stiff. She also has a crush on Sly Cooper after her first meeting with him, but another Interpol recruit named Tony has had his eye on her for quite some time (most notably here: https://www.deviantart.com/shinrago.....tter-552350256 ).
Sarah's also a big fan of Team Katswell after their big team-up together. She considers Kitty her biggest role model after Carmelita herself, she thinks Dudley, Stan, and Elvis share similar fun-loving motives, and she has a huge crush on John Shepherd. She also has a romantic side to her, and can be pretty emotional at times with her work. Yet she is also prone ot hypersensitivity; as with Mai Ling annoying her greatly with her rigid posture. And Sarah also can get moody if things turn out horribely wrong. But, even if she messes up, she just brushes the dust off and go back to it again to help Interpol in any way she can.
