Lucille exists in many parallel universes, and in this one she's the Warden of a doomed little place called Space Station 13, an absolute mess of an installation full of people who really shouldn't be allowed access to tools without adult supervision.

She HATES dealing with crime and punishment on the station and will generally cut people as much slack as possible, as long as they aren't doing something dangerous - much to the pleasure of the station's myriad contraband dealers.
