Meet Nesun! (Nes-soon) the 3rd generation Dragoon of Lightning. He was drawn by the wonderful

His design was very heavily based on the Avali species created by
ryuujinzero adapted to a four-armed wyvern-style body.
This character was created for an upcoming tabletop RPG campaign a friend of mine will be running. Long story short, Nesun is an (illegally) created artificial lifeform. He is biomechancially, though most of his mechanical components are internal. His primary purpose was to act as the announcer and executioner for an illegal underground gladiatorial arena. I don't want to put the full bio here just in case the other players see this. Don't want to spoil his backstory for them.
