I made this a while ago as a birthday gift for a good friendo @Icemare2 on Discord and Twitter. I'd been meaning to do another plague doctor-like art with the new style I developed since the one I did for Drawtober2020, and Icemare's OC Plaig happened to be the perfect opportunity since it doubled as a birthday gift :D
