This is so beautifully done! I love how you did the highlights. I can't believe this is done in watercolors!
Snakes are definitely perceived as much more vile and scary than the cute long puppy faced sweethearts that they are. I have a ball python that is the sweetest thing in the world. I would have to say that my favorite species would either be the boomslang or bush viper.

this is just amazing. The textures are outstanding. Like, the work on every little scale, and those petals...all comes together so beautifully.
if I had to pick a favourite snake species, cobras are pretty up there...but I just adore green tree pythons too. Primarily because of their adorable sleeping methods, making hammocks out of themselves <3

I'm a huge snake fan! I have several favorite species and morphs, to be honest. I have a particular fondness for gaboon vipers, they're so ploppy! Ball pythons and hognoses are so adorable! When it comes to the different colors I could name dozens! You did an amazing job here, the detail and colors are absolutely gorgeous!

I absolutely adore snakes! I have 3 bally pythons (Udon, Phobos, Angel) and a mexican black king snake (Noctis). Love them so much, it's terrible they're so misunderstood. As far as some of the favs (not including my four) would be brazilin rainbow boas, dragon snakes, and morelia boeleni pythons.

Yeah the aussie/indo pythons get bounced around genera like a fucking hackeysack lol. Morelia, chondropython, simalia, liasis...
Thank you! I still have 3 more of these planned out but hyperfixation veered me into OC territory instead of reptiles, hahah. Hopefully something will light that fire again soon cuz I really wanna finish them!
