Here is another addition to my Creepypasta stories in a tale that I called "The Karma Chameleon"


Eric Carlton is what you might called someone's bratty little brother and you be right. He is the bratty brother to his two older siblings, sister Amber and brother Orson. Now don't get them wrong they get along most of the time but Eric has proven many times to be a big pain in the butt. Finds ways to annoy his older siblings and gets away with whatever trouble he gets into. One time he accidentally broke his Mom's lamp and he blamed it on Orson. When Amber and Eric visited the mall Amber told Eric to hold on to he money for a new cell phone charger; instead however he spent the money to buy himself some candy.

One day Eric has pulled the most selfish act that any rotten brother would pull on his older siblings. The days of their mother birthday was fast approaching and Orson and Amber both saved enough money to guy a group gift for mom from the trio. Eric however thinks the money should be spent on a new video game he has his eye on and would rather just give their Mom a birthday card with a couple of bucks in it. Amber suggested on a cute fairy figurine they spotted in a antique store right next to the pet store that Eric hated. The reason Eric hated the pet store is because of the window display's of glass tanks full of lizards, snakes, turtles, and even frogs. Eric hated reptiles they always creeped him out, especially the chameleon. He always hates the way it's eyes seem to follow him every time him and his siblings pass by the store.

When the kids got to the shop Amber dug into her coat to get the money only to find that it has gone missing. Orson checked his pockets and he didn't have the money and they both never gave Eric the money. The store owner told them to leave his store until they got the money for their mom's gift. Feeling sad that they have lost their mother's Birthday money Amber and Orson decided that they should retrace their steps. Eric however went into the Video game store with the birthday money he pickpocketed from his sister's coat and spent it on the new video game he wanted. As he left the video game store he felled over like he tripped on something. He looked around but did not find anything that would caused his fall. Thankfully him and his new game was unharmed and followed his siblings home.

Back home that night Amber and Orson looked everywhere for the money when they heard Eric playing his new game, it didn't take them long to put two and two together that Eric stole their money so they confronted him. "Eric did you take Mom's birthday money?" asked Orson. Eric just smirked and told him "Relax you guys can get some more money for Mom."

"Eric you little creep!" said Amber in an angry tone "That was Mom's birthday money! You little thief! Don't you feel bad?"

"Just put some cash in a card that should be enough to make Mom happy!" responded Eric as he continues playing his game.

"That's not the point you troll!" Said Orson who was also angry at him. "That was supposed to be a group gift from all of us. Me and Amber worked hard collecting and saving that cash for Mom you however didn't do anything!"

"I put my name on the card didn't I?"

"Forget it Orson!" said Amber "We'll just find another way to make Mom's Birthday special. Karma will get Eric." Eric looked at Amber and asked "Who's Karma?"

"Not who what!" explained Amber "Karma is the cosmic force that surrounds all of us where if you do good things in life and Karma rewards you. However if you do anything bad then Karma punishes you and bad things will happen to you!"

"And with you Eric Karma is going to bite you in the butt you little snot bag! We mean it Eric you are going to pay for all the rotten stuff you've done. Tomorrow we are taking that stupid game back and getting the money back!"

"Oh that would be a problem especially when I threw the receipt away before we got home!" smirked Eric again. His siblings just threw their arms in disbelife and left Eric in his room not before Orson told him "One day Eric Karma is going to get you and it won't be pretty" "Ooh I'm so scared!" mocked Eric as he resumes playing his game.

That night sleeping in his bedroom. Eric got up to get a drink of water, however when he got into the kitchen the bottle water he opened suddenly shot a foam of water into his face. He was shock and soaking wet so he grabbed some paper towels to dry himself off but his face got scratched he suddenly saw his towels got turned into sand papers. He could not understand what was going on. Then he heard something strange, it sounded like a woman giggling and then he heard singing of a woman saying...

"Karma is my name.
Karma is my game.
Look out, look out, look out.
For one thing is true.
Look out, look out, look out.
Karma is coming for you!"

Eric called out "Mom? Is that you? Amber if that's you trying to scare me you are..." suddenly he felt something crawled around his legs. He see something in the shadows slithering around his legs; he turned on the lights and screamed in horror that the floor was crawling with lizards and snakes around his legs. He quickly leap out of the kitchen and bolted to his Mom's room yelling "MOM! MOM! WE GOT SNAKES AND LIZARDS IN THE KITCHEN!" only in her bed was not his mom but laying in bed was a huge alligator. He screamed and starts running out of the room he yelled out "HELP! ORSON! AMBER! MOM GOT EATEN BY A ALLIGATOR! WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" The doors to his sister and brothers rooms both open up but instead of his siblings emerging from both rooms are giant Komodo dragons hissing and flickering their tongues. Eric went into his room and hid under his covers shaking in fear. "W-what's going on? Where is everyone? Why isn't anyone helping me?"

"No one will help a bad little boy!" said a woman's voice. Eric looked around his room but could not find where the voice was coming from. He hears the woman's voice laughing evilly until he finally had enough and yelled "WHO ARE YOU?! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?!" At that moment on his bedroom wall he could make out a invisible figure moving about then the figure took form of a giant large chameleon as the giant creature laughed with the same woman's voice. Then it answer to him with a voice of a young woman "My name is Karma. Karma Chameleon get it?" Eric was so shock to see a giant Chameleon woman was standing in his room, he was frighten and scare but manage to gather enough courage to ask "W-why? How why are you doing this to me?"

"You've been a bad little boy!" Said Karma. "You've been a rotten little brother to your older siblings, lying, causing trouble, making life miserable to your loved ones and what is worse that you have stole from your Mother. After all she has done for you and your siblings and this is how you repay her? You have no place in this world so I'm afraid that I have no choice but to eat you!"

Before he knew it Karma's long red tongue shot out from her mouth and wrapped itself around him. Then she slowly drags him closer and closer to her giant mouth ready to swallow him whole as he pleaded. "NO! NO DON'T EAT ME! PLEASE! NO! DON'T!" but Karma just laugh with a wicked evil laughter as she continues to drag him to his doom as he yelled "I PROMISE I WON'T BE BAD ANYMORE! I WILL GIVE BACK THE GAME! I'LL MAKE UP FOR ALL THE THINGS I DID! PLEASE JUST GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE! DON'T EAT ME! DON'T EAT ME! DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON'T!" He cried as the giant gaping mouth closes around him as he still continues to yell. "LET ME OUT! DON'T EAT ME! DON'T EAT ME!"

"ERIC! ERIC WAKE UP!" said a familiar voice. Eric open his eyes and realizes it was morning, he was safely back in his room and was surround by his brother, sister and his Mother. His Mom was asking him "Eric honey! What happen? You were yelling in your sleep! Did you have a nightmare?" Eric responded by giving her a hug. He was so happy that his siblings and mother were all right and that he didn't get eaten by Karma as he cried and told her "Mom! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry I stole the birthday money Amber and Orson was going to use to buy you a present and brought a video game. I'm sorry I lied, I stole, and for all the bad things I did. I'm sorry I'm going to make it all up! I'm going to return the game I'm going to get the money back and we'll get your present back!"

"Eric what's gotten into you?" Said his mother as Eric told her "Let just say Karma gave me a second chance to make up for being a bad kid!" Eric was right Karma did gave Eric another chance to redeem himself. He manages to find the receipt and got a full refund for the game to get back the birthday money. They got the Fairy statue for Mom's birthday present and Eric did not stop there he help clean the house, help bake the cake, set the table for the Birthday dinner and help made it the best birthday for his Mom. His siblings were not sure what had happen to Eric but they were happy for from that day Eric has become the best little brother anyone could hope for. Because as Eric learn the hard way that Karma has a way of punishing those who do bad deeds in life.
