For starters, IFN is an acronym for "Infurnationals" - (I)n(F)ur(N)atonals.
As for many countries being represented, it depends on many of my OCs that represents where they are from according to their bios I have in my gallery.
As for the reason why they're not wearing flap labels...honestly, I dunno. I never did thought about that. I just thought about my OCs dressing nicely to celebrate the day they came to be.
