Oh my gosh because of the color and text I totally thought this was a reference to 3D Monster Maze at first!! its an old 80s game that was oddly eerie for the time and features a black and white trex chasing you in a maze xD this is adorable, poor thing!!!

I googled it after midnight and holy damn, this indeed is eerie as hell, regarding the fact that something chasing you in the maze sounds terrifying as well o-o

yes!!! especially because it had no music, that somehow makes it creepier? o o it also had text like "the trex is behind you" which is another reason your art totally made me think of it!! for a game that came out so long ago it sure is spooky hehe
