It's one of the only words he knows really well. Thing is if you tell him to sit while he's on the other side of the room he doesn't just sit there. Noooo he actually walks over to you and sits at your feet instead.

Maybe one time someone inadvertently taught him to do it that way.

Sadly I had to put this guy to sleep back in July. :( Still really weird only having 1 dog.

Yeah :( He was a sick doggie. He had cancer in his pancreas and I didn't have the money to have it removed. So we just kept him around as long as he was happy. He was an odd mix. Aussie Cattle Dog and Shepherd...and whatever else his mom had.
