Zergification caused Laura the Saber Of Blood to develop multiple personality. Therefore, we have three of her alters:
1)Past alter (on middle) is her personality from past. She was modest, emotional and kinda nerdy back then. She worked in certain gang partly as Terran Medic and partly as Terran Spectre. However, her Psi level was always only high enough to sense environmental hazards and eventually Widow Mines. Infestation increased that only to the point she additionally can hear heartbeats. Although her ability to literally taste emotions was noticed, she keeps that fact to herself. She often likes to hide something for loved ones since this alter is easiest to feel embarrassed.
2)Dominant alter (on left) is her new self created by infestation at later periods. She became objective, less likely to be fooled, kinda stubborn and with slightly sadistic tendencies as she sometimes uses black humour when pulling a prank (unlike James/me, she makes fun about blood and hideous monsters while James/I make fun about vandalism, undead beings, death and certain types of mild violence such as beatdowns). Of course, this alter is respective towards others and is a good leader as she prefers to lead. She's also highly sensual and is not hesistant to talk dirty in opposite to her past self, who she coexists with almost perfectly.
3)Craving crazed alter (on right) is her earlier new self created by infestation. As she was recently revived, most of her that came back first was her animalistic instincts that absorbed her pain when the one she loved before, killed her and threw out to die slow and cruel. Sooner or later, her Zerg allies would either weaken this alter to minimum or at worst seal it away deeply so this alter won't endanger anyone due to high unstableness. Certain moments of this alter's behavior make it similiar to a really over-excited yet mean and destructive child that would use its own parent as a wrecking ball or even worse. The fact this alter speaks correctly and can tell differences between ally and enemy or good and evil, makes it lovable at some point.
