When I was in my early 20’s I started with a small 10 Gallon Aquarium, a couple months later I wanted more room for the fish and splurged on a 60 Gallon. Then two of my fish “James Blunt” the Angel Fish and “Boba Fett” the emerald barb started fighting so I went crazy; bought a used 300 Gal Aquarium on Craigslist that was large enough I could get inside the tank. It was MASSIVE. I needed special liability flood insurance, and OMG the power bill to heat that thing in the Canadian winter...

Well anyways when I had the big tank first month I bought a Plecco - one of the bottom feeder fish that eats algae and scraps of food and such, within the 3 years I had him he grew from 1.5” to about 2’ he was HUGE! Such a powerful fish.
