This is one of my less common Teddy Ruxpin items I've got. It's the Airship model. These aren't hard to find, though they are far less numerous than one of the Teddy Ruxpin bears.
These toys often have obvious and in-obvious damage. The airbag as one might imagine is really nothing more than an odd shaped beach ball, and it holds it's air about as well. The ship model itself can be damaged by dropping, causing the wheel mount points (The wheels fold down, just like in the cartoon) either weaken or break.
You can see the Teddy Ruxpin figure on the bow, this is an actual WOW figure, unlike the ones on my desk which were part of the Wendy's Hamburgers Kids meals.
The model hangs from a wood and polycarbonate hanger of my own design and construction.
Collection stuff, WILL BE SCRAPPED.

Thanks!
It's not the most common of collector Teddy Ruxpin items that's for certain.
Looking at eBay though I'm rather surprised to see none up for bid, in fact there seems to be far less Teddy Ruxpin related items on eBay than I recall in the past. One would see 1500+ items at least. Right now it's about 500.
(Pardon me while I plug my favourite toy)
There are some interesting items though:
A 'from production' cell from the third show with Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick having on for dear life as 'Trembly Fault' opens up a huge chasm beneath them.
A WOW PVC figure like what I have in the airship.
A 'lot' of WOW toys, Teddy Ruxpin, 2 Grubbys, Big Bird (Rare), Mother Goose, Julie (hard to find) and Mickey Mouse (RARE, rare, rare!)

That's pretty cool though. I'm a toy collector, but I don't care about keeping them in the package. Hehe, toys should always be opened and played with. I've seen some old Youtube clips of WOW commercials that showed toys that were either never released or released in very limited quantity.
