My self-represented character Tig (made up of photos of all the felines she embodies.. caracal, cheetah, tiger, lynx, and a little bit of horse and dog), and Amber (finnish spitz dog) is made up of photos of my real dog for which the character had sprung from. I had to take liberties with some of the things, such as their tails, because photo quality was awful. The background photo is of me playing pool.. and that's my big Beatles Yellow Submarine shirt. Tig's fur on the back of her head is supposed to look like human hair that is in a "layered" style cut (like my own), but I don't think I can ever get it to stop looking like feathers.
Tig's giving a hopeful look as the ball rolls along the table, and Amber is obviously doubtful that it'll go into the pocket. Naturally Tig is stripes, and Amber is solids. :) I have a feeling Harp was the one who took this photo.
EDIT: added noise so it's evenly speckled overall.

A tiger with lynx' ears wearing glasses looks quite interesting... They seem to fit together..
And there's our little problem revealed - the wrist/finger flexibility of the photo morphs - they always stand out.
Also, haha, for some reason Amber looks /highly/ annoyed to me, like the dogs can be sometimes.. "When's my turn already? How much more must i wait?"

Actually those are caracal ears, a tiger face, shire horse wrist fluff, cheetah tail (more fluff), and the paw of something i cannot remember.
Ever hold a cue stick between your curled-up fingers? Her wrist is straight because she's supporting the cue stick, that's how you hold one. Her paw is bent a tiny bit and her paw digits are doing the work.
That was my dog doing her yodeling, that's her "Ooooooooo.." face, which ruffly means "Ooooooh come on! Get up! Play with me!" as she jumps and prances around. So, translated into this picture, maybe you're right. I think Tig just got in a lucky shot and Amber was like "Oooooo, you have too much luck on that one shot. Almost sunk the 8 ball!"
