I agree. I wish I had more ideas for him.

well... he's modular AND he likes to cook.

So how about he cuts himself in three (head, torso, legs) and each one independently focuses on different things around the kitchen.

Like his head can focus on the book of ingredients, telling the others what they need. Torso is chopping down food into pieces and the legs (with help using his tail) brings all the different ingredients from the pantry.

and of course Mark's head is bossing around the other two much to the torso and legs annoyance :P (heck an alternative idea to this is both the torso and legs walk out on the head as he is left to do all the work) :P
