Meet Rosco.
She's a unicorn! And she REALLY wanted out of my head today. Was doodling while on hold with a vendor at work, and wound up drawing her mugshot. An hour later she was fully fleshed out and developed. So I had to draw after I got home.
I didn't intend to make a Phoebe and Her Unicorn fan character, but WELP, HERE SHE IS.
So here's the lowdown:
-She rates sunrises, judging them based on color palette, length, available sunlight, and how they look from wherever she's watching them from. Her favorite sunrise was in the winter of '74. The snow had a particularly memorable glistening. And she had a very tasty carrot.
-Her parents are Regina Prestidigous Sunrise and Hortense Justmissedthe Sunrise
-Her sparkles are like the spots you see when you stare at the sun too long. She's not sure why this bothers non-unicorns so much
-Transgender/Asexual/Aromantic
-Roscovarian definitely has a heavy Sherri Stoner/Slappy Squirrel type accent. "'EY I'M WATCHING A SUNRISE HERE, YA MOOK!" has been shouted at many a bird flying in her view
