He's a bit disconnected from the rest of his family, but he does write back to his sister on occasion, like when the mood strikes him or he has doubts about his survival.

Hehe, what a caring brother. :P Oh well at least he does. I wonder because with his ability to take on and get paid for some of the most...outlandish and somewhat suicidal jobs I wondered did he ever send money back home?

I'm thinking of retooling Fred's existing biography, since the current edition is about 2 years old and came about before I even considered making it a comic. I need to fit more information about his family life in there, first off.

Well whatever you do I'm sure that Fred will be Fred no matter what and more than likely...he'll be a sexy badass dingo no matter what! *sigh* I'm such a fanboy! :D

Nope not yet. Though I like Fred...the scene with the young kid kinda got to me...

It's sad, and it's sad partly because it's true. The typical storytelling approach with men of adventure is "How is he going to fight off these 80 guys?", not "How is he going to face this one child?" True, Fred does often turn a numerous enemy on their heads, but he faces other, more soul-wrenching dilemmas as well. It's all part of the job.

Which makes him more memorable than others and also more alluring than others that are easily to forget. You can actually hate his actiosn but not really the dingo in question because you can't really justify what he does. He makes a choice and goes through with it, justification is made by the ones who sit on the sidelines but for Fred, like you said before, it part of the job he continues to do. I find him really awe inspiring, not for what he does but simply who he is.

No problem at all! I always like to see how other artists tackle my characters. I'm not usually the type who asks for commissions, then asks for constant revisions. Creativity is sacred.
