Crystal Water of the Sniping Archer

The new member of the Repliforce navy who is hired to work with Jet Stingray. He lived with a family of crocodile Reploids and he was hoped to protect his family from the invading Mavericks. When he joined the Repliforce, he finally earned a Repliforce Emblem on his right shoulder pad because he passed his entry test for the Repliforce Recruitment.
