Never underestimate just how much damage something small, light, and fast can do, especially when it's really pissed off.
I've seen a mockingbird turn a grizzly bear. And Michelle is a lot bigger than a mockingbird. Sheila's damn strong but fighting Atlas on his own turf. Michelle may be light and not near as strong, but she has an advantage.
