Another AC commission for Royce, the classiest walrus this side of the arctic. Fun fact, I saw Royce in suit on Thursday and thought to myself "That might be my favorite suit here. (and it was, with the Spy in Disguise as a close 2nd) I wanna draw that!". Next day in artist alley, got commissioned to draw him. Needless to say, this was my favorite commission ever.

....wow....just......wow......I cannot believe it.
Sketch, this was my first OFFICIAL commission that I paid for (I've received two others as gifts for friendship/hotel payments). Before I went to you, I had an idea for an artist I would ask for a commission, but doubted I would get to him, so I said, "I'll just walk around and see who's awesome!"
makaio and I instantly found you (it was your gorilla pic that drew us first, as he loves gorillas), and I thought you'd be perfect for drawing the gorilla and walrus. I was so nervous, being my first requested commission; I was afraid we were giving you too many complicated details and just sounded annoying or aggravating....and when you presented this with me on Sunday, I just felt everything melt in me.
Your description above makes all the melted stuff evaporate into an overly pink and happy cloud of happiness......okay, bad metaphor, but my point is, you made my whole month. :)
I am DEEPLY HONORED to have my first official commission be one from you. This will be framed and hung on my office wall, so everyone who visits will know your awesome talent and that you were the one to capture Royce's classiness, friendship, and cuteness in perfect ink and color. And I am only more honored that it is your favorite (honored, too, that you love my fursuit, too!!!!), because it really is mine, as well.
